If Casey told Lee where the remains were, October she goes to jail, November is the big TES search, somehow word gets to Lee to look and see if the remains are findable there...hang in here, PIs get sent to Suburban in Nov to look for remains. When JB meets with Casey in jail after the remains are found she has her arms crossed, she is mad because the remains were supposed to have been checked on. Could this be why Lee hasn't been to any of her court appearances, he knows she is mad because the remains were found and it was suposed to have been taken care of ? Just throwing some things around...

Exactly, if they can show that ANY of the Anthony's knew and Cindy's statement may be enough for that, that connects Casey to Suburban.

This could be the whole reason why DC has retained a high-powered attorney. He KNOWS who told him where Caylee's remains were! If it turns out the it was GA, CA, or LA, then this may make the family accessories after the fact. This is the reason for the family retaining attorneys and asking for immunity.

I've never believed the psychic in NC was the one that gave DC the tip. In her interview on NG, the psychic said she talked to CA, who sent her one of Caylee's stuffed animals. I believe it's very possible that the psychic learned from CA where the remains were located - she became the third-party through which the information was funnelled.

This is my opinion................

Yep, and Cindy telling detectives that she sent people down there to search a month prior...they all knew probably, and going on TV talking about live Caylee sightings, HOW do you do that ?????
You do it to cover your backside because you think you're smarter than LE and everyone else!

I remember something about GA staring off into the woods when this case first broke. Anyone else recall that? I wonder which woods it was??

I remember that, and I think it was a woods closer to the airport.

I agree. I remember NG grilled that psychic about her supposedly calling DC, and she got all fumbled when asked about proving that w/ cell phone records. Verizon couldn't give them to her for some strange reason!!

They need to question that psychic more, I wonder if they have ALL of DC's phone records...if they do they will know who he was talking to on Suburban. What if LE already knows and this is the reason they said, about Lee, he knows what he's done. That is if Lee was the one on the phone with DC...They might be thinking they will hold this over Lee's head so that he can testify come trial time as to who told him about the remains being on Suburban...his sister. That would be some pretty good evidence !

I remember that too and didn't buy the excuse one bit. The phone records would be available.

I too believe she wanted him to go make sure the remains couldn't be found. Maybe he went by there sometime and didn't see anything, or maybe he didn't go there for fear of getting caught looking, or because he has some scintilla of caring about Caylee. I do think he sent the PI there knowing he couldn't go himself without having to explain how he knew to LE, and possibly being charged as an accessory. MOO

This makes perfect sense! It would explain Lee's "promise" to CMA at Caylee's memorial service and why he was so emotional. He was supposed to make sure the remains weren't findable, and he failed. It could explain too Casey's actions. She was upset when the remains were found because she never thought they would be found - LA was supposed to take care of that. Then she got angry. She won't have anything to do with her family because in her eyes, they all failed her. All the puzzle pieces are falling into place!

Interesting that they sent DC to search for Caylee's remains based on a 'tip' but never sent the PI's to search for ZFG.

Exactly! I've always believed when Casey was dropping him clues during the jail call, that he was supposed to go "take care of" the remains. Then the area gets flooded, and the rest is history.

It just confirms they all knew there was no ZFG to look for and Caylee was dead. But that wouldn't bring in any $$$$$ donations so, bring in the drive-around billboard and "Caylee sightings". MOO

Remember when DC said in his interview with LE that one person asked that LE not be called immediately if Caylee was found?

I have always thought that the person who said that was Lee (for a multitude of reasons).

More than ever, after what was confirmed today, I believe it was LA that told DC not to call LE first (if he found Caylee).

If it was LA, what was he planning on doing with the body? Remove evidence?

Maybe LA wanted to break the news to his family that Caylee was really gone before anyone else did?

Whatever LA said to DC, LE took the interview off of the record when DC talked about the person who said not to call LE first.

This is probably the obstruction charge LA's lawyer was concerned about LA facing.

IMO

Or just buy as much time as possible with the hope that the remains wouldn't yield any clues. I think he knew it was way too risky for him to go in there himself, but the PI always could, "acting on a tip from the psychic". MOO

Does anyone else think that Jose B. always seems to have an "arrogant & smug" look on his face?

I came on this thread a little late, but just had to say 'yes' to this question.
