JB is going to grill AH over her testimony with clever questions to try to draw out inconsistencies and then try to claim AH is either not credible or, a liar or, get some snippet beneficial to defense or, all three.

It seems to be a part of the gauntlet as part of our justice system .... I have run the gauntlet and, as someone testifying with the truth ... the Defense can really mess you around and drive you crazy. Trip you up.

My thoughts are with AH that she can be strong, be truthful and, be consistent.

And has good legal representation.

Yes, I was thinking the same thing. Then I thought, if I were AH, here's how my depo by Mr. JB would go

JB: "State your name please".
Me: "Amy H. KC A stole all of my money while I was on vacation in PR last year."
JB: "Where do you live".
Me: "With ____ in Orlando. KC asked me to move into her parents home with her last year, but found out she was lying about that too. Never happened."
JB: <sigh> "Are you employed?"
Me: "Yes. Wait, you mean for real right? Not like...Kc or anything, right?"
JB: "Yessssss."
Me: "Yeah, ok, I'm working. Not that I have much savings left from it after what KC did to me, but at least I still have my job."

...and on and on it would go with me. If the depo gives JB free reign to ask anything of AH, then AH should study up on giving him all the answers he wants, and then some!

I really wish Nancy would stop saying tot-mom. That just gets on my last nerve! She should call her by her name, with a few additions...

Casey Anthony allegedly murdered her daughter, Caylee Marie Anthony prior to allegedly stealing from friends and family, allegedly lying to police and allegedly going on a drunken spree while wearing her allegedly stolen push-up bra and allegedly groping, allegedly grinding and allegedly soul-kissing another female!

If Casey confessed Caylee's body location to Baez, he wouldn't have to tell LE as long as he didn't DISTURB anything at the location, tell Casey to hide any evidence or take possession of evidence. http://www.lexisnexis.com/lawschool/study/outlines/html/evid/evid38.htm (Caylee's body would be considered physical evidence)

I don't know how Baez can prove anything was overheard BUT it does complicate things if the meter reader's girlfriend guards Casey and was within possible ear range of Casey's privileged conversations with Baez. Did Baez take reasonable precautions when he was with Casey such as going into the lawyer/client room?

He talked to Casey about the discovery of Caylee where they were openly videotaping.

I am hoping that this is something else LP got wrong. Like when he mixed up Casey's real ex (Jesse) with her imaginary one (Jeff M. Hopkins).

The P.I.s were there in November.

I would guess that the interview with Cindy and George where Cindy looks awful is shortly after Lee told his parents that Casey admitted Caylee was dead. The kidfinder lady did all the talking. There was supposed to be an exclusive Nancy Grace about the Meet and Greet that got cancelled.

I think the P.I.s were looking for Caylee's body at around the same time, IIRC.

I was so curious after reading your post that I went and found that interview. I think the girl doing the interview said "this is thursday" so I think this was done on Nov 20th, just a few days after DC is out to the crime scene. You may be right, LA may have just told them, as MB says on the tape "this week has been the worst" or something like that. I actually remember thinking when I watched this back then "wonder why this week has been the worst"? Well now we may know. jmo

I thought LP was discussing the Dec. 11th discovery, when JB spoke with Casey. Am I wrong? Or is he referring to a conversation had earlier, say august...
Also, will we get to read the transcripts from the JB depositions?

Yes it is Jeff H, but not the Jeff H. that went to Lee's and Casey's High School and the one that everyone knows in their circle, but another Jeff H. that nobody knows and he recently move up to Jacksonville...she doesn't have his number either.

LP just said she works or worked at the Jail & that's how Krunk found the Body

I think he's saying that Krunk's GF overheard Casey tell Jose where the Body was

I've blown off most of LP's theories, including this one...but, for some reason, tonight when he repeated it, it suddenly seemed like a very viabile, logical, possibility to me. Maybe it was his demeanor, or something. Did anyone else feel this way tonight?

If this turns out to be true, will Krunk's discovery of Caylee and all evidence found be forced to be thrown out?

OMG, what a horrible thought! Under those circumstances, I don't think the actual discovery/existence of Caylee's remains could possibly be thrown out but I'll bet any incriminating evidence found with the remains (i.e., W-T-P blanket, heart sticker, laundry bag, etc) could be thrown out. And possibly even the location so near KC's home could be withheld at trial.

No, wait--that can't be right. LE did not discover the remains as a result of that leak, someone else discovered them. But then again....

We definitely need a legal opinion.

(I assume it was in August since RK's original calls to LE were made in August.)

How does this explain RK's August calls? I take LP with a grain of assault, but he has this look, like Clint Eastwood's 200 yard stare. He was serious. I've seen him when he has a twinkle in his eye...not so tonight.

Confussed, as usual-----but (maybe) what this guard over heard was the location of body. So what is to be thrown out, Caylee's body?

If this baby gets "thrown" out O-N-E more time-----guess I will have to drag my nearly dead self down to Fl. and have a word with the devil in Fl. Caylee was thrown out, as is trash-------by her &^$@ mother------and every time I see this "family" not standing up for Caylee-----i see them driving by her "dumping place"---rolling down their window and spitting on her YET again.

On that thought, when was it that JB said to the media "It wouldn't be in my client's best interest to tell where the body is," or something along those lines?
