At the murder trial, she'll probably say, "They didn't tell me I had to swear to tell the truth!"
OMG...did she whine and whine about how unfair it was for LE to tape her way back when. How dare they!! Was she wishing she wore a different outfit or what?

Ha! Your post just told me that I must be out of my mind to still be logged in.
This case has consumed me as much as the Laci/Conner Peterson murder.
It's been alot of years but the sleuthing has come a long way.

Nite all, see ya on the flip side and Happy Easter!:blowkiss:
Night...and have a great Easter!!

(carried over from previous thread)
Trapshooter said: "Sassy Texasbelle,
Let's just hope that CA doesn't sneak a hammer into the court room! What a circus this is going to be!"

Yeah, but she'll still have that wad of cud! I'm thinking she can make a DEADLY missile out of it!

The judge will, of course, make her spit it out. I'm surprise she was allowed to keep chewing it for the deposition or even for the recent hearing when she and George were in the gallery.

If she had known she was being taped she could have played up for the camera back then as well!

Be fair, with no camera warning she was not "prepared" She had no gum with her for a start!

I didn't watch the whole depo, just what was on Nancy Grace last night.

Cindy claims she and Casey did not have a fight. But then in the July 3rd letter on myspace she said in the depo that she wanted Casey to see this as a letter of friendship, or something to that affect?

And when she mentioned she had the "Nanny's" phone numbers and address, if that were true she would have given them to the police the first night when she called to report that Caylee was missing.

Also I see some postings regarding Cindy on benzo's.

I have been on Xanax for 13 years for anxiety and panic attacks. I do not get a high, it just helps me get through the day without feeling like I'm having a heart attack and rushing to the ER. Also as I have multiple sclerosis i have read it helps with severe muscle spasms I sometimes get. I am on a low dosage three times a day and for me its been a lifesaver. Just wanted to right this as some feel xanax to be a "dangerous" medication when in fact if used as directed it has helped many.

She'll also say:

"I'm tired. I haven't slept or been able to eat since this happened. You'll have to give me time to answer because I have to constantly guzzle water."

Good grief!!! I have yet to see an interview where she doesn't give excuses for "misstating" the facts!

I am so sorry to see you have MS. I have twin aunts who have MS. I'm xanax helps you tremendously. Drugs like xanax make life bearable for many. I take "dangerous medication" on a daily basis for RSD and spinal degeneration, so I have a very small sense of what you're going through.

With just a small exception, I pretty much see the same things in Cindy that you see.. I was "raised" by a Cindy, I smelt her coming- she makes me sick!

I did too, and I learned from her everything that I did not want to be. KC chose to follow in her mothers footsteps and Caylee was a tool of manipulation between the two of them. KC learned from Cindy that her wants and needs were of more importance than those of her child.

That is my perspective. I posted about this in the thread about why she brought her video camera.

I am convinced that Cindy genuinely sees this as some production that she is directing, scripting and producing. She feels that she truly is in control of the outcome.

To her, this is some sort of 'reality show' playing in her head. She has no concept of the law, what is coming in the criminal case or anything of the like. She believes that by 'editing' and 'scripting' the dialogue she hears in her mind, and speaking her lines the way she writes them, she and her kin will be the Survivors left on her island.

PotatoHead, I have wondered the same thing about Casey. She also appears to think she is in total control of this story and becomes outraged when it does not play out the way she has planned. Like mother, like daughter.

And yet Grandma Shirley P. seemed so normal.

I haven't seen any mention of any phone numbers or addresses for ZG. i also haven't seen LE have any phone books of KC's or CA's in discovery. However, I know most her have read all of this stuff a lot more thoroughly than I have. So, does anyone have any idea if CA actually had any of these numbers or addresses anywhere for a Zani?

I'd never heard this before.

Tracy, I thought this was a new lie. The need to create this lie says a lot about Cindy. She is aware she is seen as negligent in seeking help for her missing granddaughter. IMO it has really been bugging her over the past months. Her biggest issue has always been how she is percieved by the world...'from day one.'
She gets the most upset about any issues that show her in any type of negative light.
JMO of course...but it has really been bugging me.

And yet Grandma Shirley P. seemed so normal.

For the most part she has stayed out of the picture. Nothing gets a rise out of Cindy quite like when her parents are brought up. Even when she was depoed, just the mention of her parents brought quite a hostile response and remember when LE were going to the nursing home in the beginning she became outraged. Why is it so horrible for her parents to talk to LE?

Good Point I had forgotten about that! She apparently didnt think that her sessions with LE wasnt taped? Was she thinking they cant take shorthand and those tapes would help them in finding the abductor of her grandbaby? JMO I dont think she really cared to find the person that took her granddaughter because in her heart of hearts she knew down deep who did and that her grandbaby wasnt alive. There was more to all those fights between mother and daughter that never will be revealed!

Just watched entire part I video. Cindy strikes me as a cornered, rabid animal. Seemed to me that she was annoyed that BC wasn't objecting to relevance of questions- she kept looking toward him and saying she didn't see the relevance. On to parts 2-5.

For just information...Cindy is an RN and became licensed 9/79 in OH, that license expired in 8/31/97. Prior to expiration she became licensed in FL. since the last known address of record OH has is orlando, fl. It would be interesting to know if she had any prior sanctions on either license or ever enrolled in HPRP. That would indicate if she had any prior history to drug or alcohol abuse.

Just finished parts 2 and 3. Cindy constantly over talks Mitnick's (?) questioning, not allowing him to complete the question. She then accuses him of not being specific, and being condescending toward her (that floored me - he couldn't have been more patient or polite with her - she was the one being arrogant and condescending.) I was impressed with his focus and sharp mind. BC wasn't much help. MOO.

BC came off as being inexperienced in depositions. ZG's attorneys seemed to "school" him more than once on the rules. Even warned him once that he was entering dangerous territory by answering for them.

Some say that BC didn't do a good job preparing CA and GA, but I'm not sure anyone could have derailed that trainwreck. They were hell-bent on making azzes of themselves, and they succeeded.

She admits to mistruths, halftruths, and misinformation. She tells LE that she won't speculate, then says "But I have several theories on the subject, and Ill share them all with you."

She has all kinds of explanations but seems unable to answer with a simple "yes" or "no"

Watch and listen that's all I can say.

"When she said 'she's close', she was right wasn't she?"
CA explained that KC meant that ZFG was still around Orlando because she was suppose to bring the baby home for her birthday.
CA was right. He took KC's words out of context and tried to make it mean something else. That is why she said "just because something is said, it doesn't mean anything".

I give her some kudos on this one. I am glad that I was able to see the entire unedited deposition. I have a whole new mindset on CA.

Still beg to differ. By this example, you are assuming, 1) That CA is telling the truth that KC explained this comment to her (hmmm, I wonder when since they supposedly did not discuss the case with her when she was out on bail); and 2) That if, in fact, KC did say this to her, that KC was telling the truth. I don't think the "she's close" comment was taken out of context by the lawyers. And, I don't buy CA's explanation either. The main reason is that there is no Nanny. The second reason is that KC knows there is no Nanny to bring her back. The third reason is you don't have to be in Orlando to bring someone back to Orlando. The fourth reason is CA knows there is no nanny--she said so herself to LE back in the summer of '08. If I had her on the witness stand and this was her testimony I would make mince meat out of her.
