That gum popping was so obxoxious. Does the whole freakin family have a gum addiction?
That constant gum chewing has been said to be a sign of anger.

they are all suppressed walking time bombs.

LOL!!!:blowkiss:

But... and you knew there would be a but...

WHY did it have to come out of the mouth of an ex-cop who was found perjuring himself!!!!!

Nothing in this case is cut & dry!

Ugh! :bang:

ohh, I know, I know he isn't the best to hear if from! I don't take anyones word for anything- I am not even sure it was Casey killed Caylee though I admit she probably did, I am waiting for trial so I can see the evidence for myself.

But as far as Cindy being Cindy, the discussion Mark had with Cindy/George is just one more lie to add to all of the others of what I base my opinion that Cindy is a liar on.

Nothing is ever cut and dry. :blowkiss:

I agree, I totally agree on the compartmentalization on specific issues CA needs / desires to address. I guess I was trying to say that it is 'automatic' for CA and so not as 'conscious' as most people who conspire to lie. CA blurs reality, if you lie habitually -- even about little things -- then there isn't as much difference between business as normal and a specific lie to counter an accusation. Now I confused myself.

You didn't confuse me.. ITA with you!

:waitasec: lol..I do that all the time

That's not really true - we tend to allow the witness a lot of latitute because we know the more they explode the more they lose control and the closer we get to them spilling the truth.

Thanks Chez!

The more Cindy speaks, the more I am convinced she was aware of Caylee's demise from the first hour that it happened. She then tucked it away and moved on. This reversed the reality....Seems to be her MO.

[snip]
Her line of logic in insisting that if Caylee described a white dog, it must therefore belong to a legitimate nanny and therefore it must also prove the existence of same said nanny, is absolutely beyond the pale. The only reason CA believes the white dog belongs to some nanny is because that is information KC gave her. She is trying to create credibility for a known liar by incomplete corroboration of a baby. It's beyond pathetic.

Respectfully snipped.

Subliminal messages? It is like claiming that KC states ZFG has a sister Samantha et voila, therefore there must be a ZFG. None of the characters surrounding ZFG and ZFG herself exist. There is nothing that corroborates.

The classic is the ZFG car accident and the visit to hospital in Tampa, all fictitious and untrue. CA is clinging desperately on small pieces that 'could' corroborate when there is over-whelming evidence that does not!

I liked the way JM's team kept chipping away that in everything CA asserts ..... it came from KC and only KC -- KC is CA's only source.

Thank you... How does everyone keep all of this madness in order!!!!

Very damning in my opinion to CA's deposition. ( and that says alot coming from my PROVE IT TO ME WAYS ) :twocents:

Because what one of us doesn't remember, another one does and together we fill in all the blanks!
We've got !TEAM WORK! down to a science!! :blowkiss:

Besides that we're totally amazing!! ;)

haha!

Followup would be
CA: Oh,that was just a mis-statement.I was confused from lack of sleep and still grieving and on meds and not eating and having to deal with the media and not being able to see KC and having my first lawyer quit and running out of gum and blah,blah,blah........So it's not what I meant to say. So I didn't really mean it,so it doesn't count. And it's not relevent anyway.

:floorlaugh:

And she changed her mind about that. She never changed her mind about that. Absolutely. From Day One.

It helps to have only ONE story to remember - the truth.

It helps to have only ONE story to remember - the truth.

I think all the lies KC told over the years that her parents bought gave her a big head. I'm sure at first her lies started out small and over the years grew into this Walter Mitty type world that she lived. I think she grew quite proud of herself and her extremely detailed lies. BIG mistake-the more details -the easier to debunk!! Now CA is making the same mistake!! Cindy - If you had numbers and addys for the Nanny why didn't you use them to talk to Caylee during the 31 days??:bang:

ohh, it's grief.. you must excuse them.

No, they get no more passes from me. They have expressed less grief for Caylee over the last 9 mos, than I did last year when my cat died.

OLG, I've made 3 attempts at writing a coherent response explaining why I don't believe they are grieving and all I end up with is a bunch of gibberish or 1500 well chosen words explaining everything we don't see.

But in the end there is no excuse I will accept for their lack of grief, there is no excuse for their behavior. There are no words...

How sad is it that the only way to get the truth out of Cindy is to get her talking so fast she doesn't know what she's saying...

I'm glad you all know what to do with the CA's of this world to keep them in line, but what a colossal waste of time and energy it is to get around their carp. When this would be so much quicker and more satisfying :trout:

Agreed...it's a waste, a huge waste.

Which is why for these particular people right here, it could be viewed as obstruction of justice. Just think of the time wasted, the energy wasted, and the money wasted having to sift through the multiple, conflicting, diverting statements. When all they had (and the decision in the past now as far as I'm concerned) to do was TELL THE TRUTH.

There may be more that we haven't considered deep within this decision (fairly quickly in the timeline) of the Anthony's to completely bail on the truth that would help find Caylee. CA made those phone calls (she has admitted this) to 1. scare KC into doing what CA wanted (producing Caylee for her to see), and 2. when 1. failed to have the assistance of LE to force KC to do what she wanted (produce Caylee for her to see). For anyone truly paying attention to the timeline, the calls and the intent show that CA did NOT (and this beyond a shadow of a doubt in my mind) know that Caylee was truly "missing" (i.e. not able to be produced). She thought she could bully the situation to get her way. She didn't even consider that her adult daughter, obviously no longer living with her, had the right to NOT come by with or without Caylee. KC had no legal requirement to produce Caylee to CA for visitations. CA's ONLY period of sincere statements and cooperation were in that first 24 hours the LE got involved. Because she thought it would end with her getting her way. The moment KC was arrested is when truth was abandoned at Casa de Anthony's...CA didn't get her way, and she took her ball and went home. New rules, new game, one she's going to win at all cost (including anything to do with Caylee). CA has not been on LE's side since the moment they had the audacity to follow their hinky-meters...how dare them.

Following your post Valhall-KC did not HAVE to leave Tone's apt that night with Cindy. KC was not a minor who had to go home with mommy!! KC could have told her to get the he77 out of Tone's apt and there is nothing CA could have done about it. But, KC knew that CA was going to let the cat out of the bag and tell Tone what a liar and thief she was if she didn't CA outta there quick.
CA charged and KC folded like a cheap (well you can fill in the blank)! So, indirectly CA did get justice for Caylee!! Because of CA reporting KC to LE-she put Caylee's murderer behind bars!!! Thanks Cindy:blowkiss:

There's no doubt in my mind that if Cindy had not made those 911 calls KC might have gotten away with this. I am willing to bet that if Cindy knew KC would be charged with murder she would not have made those calls.JMO,but it's based on all Cindy has done since that night .

CA had been quiet since hiring BC but now we see how she really is again and now she will go on Oprah. I don't think she is listening to BC anymore and keeping quiet so I wonder how much longer he will stay on?

Thinking back to when I heard Cindy for the first time on that 'dead body in the d*mn car' call, I felt so sorry for her. She sounded so frantic and fearful. I was hoping that she was mistaken. Within days she was displaying a completely different attitude. I was amazed at the about face and have remained that way during each of her appearances since.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with you, MissJames. I think, she would never have called 911, if she knew then what she knows now. Caylee would have truly been 'missing'.
