Outright LIES in this testimony, George says under oath, that he has NO knowledge of Casey ever taking money from anyone. Even after the atty reminds George that he is under oath he says "I have no knowledge of it".

Yes, UNDER OATH - he has no regard .... throw him in there with his dear daughter and throw away the key!

I have no regrets. I have never liked the man from almost the beginning of this mess. I have not been able to view the video yet, but from what other posters are saying, I am sure that this is the "real George" that we are witnessing in action today. Horrible creature in an equally horrible family.

And I'd bet my last dollar that Ga was exactly this way with the Grand Jury.

Yeah that jumped out at me as well. And, on the way in, the press asked BC what the ground rules were. IIRC he said "deceny and professional". So much for that.

If George is under oath and has sworn to tell the truth, can he be charged with perjury? Is it different for civil cases than with criminal cases? His behavior is unbelieveable. He is blatantly lying and everyone in the room knows it! To include his own attorney! Surely BC did not advise him to act like this or to lie?!

I think the attorney BC and CA haved this guy so jacked up on meds or booze or something and then pinched him, pinched him HARD, all the way to the depo and really got him PO'd so he would be so...whatever you would call that...childish or jerky....AND then they, BC and CA, had them switch the depo times so it wouldn't wear off. Then CA puts up a camera so if he doesn't DO IT right, he'll get EXTRA punishment at home.

He is contorting his face all over the place. He has to be on something...
