Hello all! I've been reading awhile but this is my first post. Since in the deposition Cindy DENIED having an argument with Casey on the night of the 15th and LP has the theory that Casey stormed out with Caylee that night instead of the afternoon of the 16th like George claims......I'm wondering if anyone at all has come forward and said that they saw Casey out of the house late that night or the next morning? It would seem more logical to me that Casey would have killed Caylee that night while in a fit of rage at Cindy after they left the house. It doesn't make sense that they would go to bed, sleep the rest of the night, spend the morning at the house and then leave around 1pm on the 16th, like George claims, and then kill her.

I don't think KC thrust the A's out there. She may have started the ball rolling but it was the A's who thrust themselves out there. Not arguing wid you---just sayin. You wouldn't be seein my azz on tv like you have CA and GA. LA didn't thrust himself out there like the older A's did. They need to take the responsibility of their own actions.

As far as the fight goes I remember early on in the investigation that there were reports that a neighbor had heard..."Yelling & Screaming" on June 15th

Also, Cindy's Brother Rick was posting here at WS & he also claimed there was a big fight because of the Money that Casey had stole from the GP's

KM said he thought if George and Cindy really believed there was a Zanny the nanny they would have spent more time looking for her to find Caylee. I don't think they spent any time looking for her, did they?

Yes, they did! GA went online and said he found 1,100 ZG's in FL and 140 in Orlando! BTW - He hasn't used a phone book in years, sir, too low tech for big Georgie.

Oh you mean did he actually physically go out and look for ZFG? Well, no. He had other obligations. There were T-shirts to sell.

Did CA go out to look for ZFG? Well, sure. She got KC in the car for a couple of hours and demanded ZFG's address, which was in her address book or KC's address book or someplace, but decided to go home instead. There was a car to clean out and stinking clothes to wash.

Right, and then Cindy said Casey had given her phone #s and addresses for Zanny over the past year or so but she has never used them to look for the nanny herself nor did she give them to her private investigator to search. right, okay, Cindy, that makes sense

I don't think KC thrust the A's out there. She may have started the ball rolling but it was the A's who thrust themselves out there. Not arguing wid you---just sayin. You wouldn't be seein my azz on tv like you have CA and GA. LA didn't thrust himself out there like the older A's did. They need to take the responsibility of their own actions.

I agree with your theory.

I think Cindy choked Casey during the fight & threatened to take Caylee away from her.

Casey went into her room & Murdered Caylee, wrapped her up in a blanket & placed that into a laundry bag & then calmly walked out of the house with the body.

If Zanny was a nickname for Xanax, Casey had to be really lucky to be sititing in the Sawgrass parking lot on June 17th & have the manager come running out yelling.."ZFG...ZFG you forgot to sign your application"

Well, first of all, if the plaintiff ZG doesn't use the middle name Fernandez, how could the manager or leasing agent come running out of the office yelling at "ZFG you forgot to sign your application"? I'd like to see the sworn depo of the person who supposedly came out of the office after ZG! :waitasec:

Welcome. I have always believed Caylee was murdered on June 15th.

No. George said he was leaving the searching to LE, the FBI, and their private investigators.

CA had her name and address in a book and they left the looking to LE but never gave them that info? :waitasec:

Oh no no no!!! 2 year olds are cute I find nothing cute about them!!! I use to defend them but yesterday did it for me I say they should be charged with obstruction, that or perjury since they have both now LIED under oath

ZG did not fill the form out; the worker at the office did. As I understand it, the proper pronunciation sounds like a C or S sound rather than a phonetic Z sound. The worker started out writing it as it sounded. . . then corrected it.

That makes sense.............saying the name Zenaida out loud, it does sound like it could be a "C". It explains the hand-writing looking identical too........the same clerk filling out both cards.

Welcome! I don't think Caylee was still alive the afternoon of the 16th either. Wherever Casey was though she was close enough to the house to be pinging off the same cell tower...as she was texting/calling TL all night, but for a few "breaks".

No, I totally appreciate your point and I agree. But I believe sometimes folks are guilty of losing sight of who started this. It is like ther_beatingA_Deadto repeat that Casey can end all of this by admitting her role. You are absolutely correct in that G and C are responsible for their own actions. And their actions lately are beyond questionable...:blowkiss:

I jsut can't see anyone doing that.

If it happened wouldn't he just yell...

"Excuse me ....Miss" or "Zenaida, Zenaida"

Why would anyone yell out...."Zenaida Gonzalez....Zenaida Gonzalez"

I think it was somebody in the office who didn't know how to spell ZG's name and instead of correcting the error with the "C -" he/she just left it there. Sloppy, but possible! MOO
