I agree with your theory.

I think Cindy choked Casey during the fight & threatened to take Caylee away from her.

Casey went into her room & Murdered Caylee, wrapped her up in a blanket & placed that into a laundry bag & then calmly walked out of the house with the body.

I can't imagine her killing Caylee in the house. I think she stormed out with her in the night after the fight and killed her somewhere else THEN came back to the house after GA left for work the next afternoon and worked on staging a pool accident or something like that but ended up just packaging her body up as it was found and hauling her around in the trunk for awhile instead.

That was my first thought with the C being there first. Just another coincidental. I just don't see how Zenaida could sound like it starts with a C, unless the person filling out the card was deaf and lip reading..just joking, someone enlighten me.

KM said he thought if George and Cindy really believed there was a Zanny the nanny they would have spent more time looking for her to find Caylee. I don't think they spent any time looking for her, did they?

George drove a billboard around town, they passed out flyers, and they sold tee-shirts and bracelets. I don't recall ever searching for Caylee or Zenaida.

Welcome! I don't think Caylee was still alive the afternoon of the 16th either. Wherever Casey was though she was close enough to the house to be pinging off the same cell tower...as she was texting/calling TL all night, but for a few "breaks".

The Pooh Blanket & Laundry bag are big clues.

I never believed George saw Caylee on the 16th either.

His description of her was too exact & he remembered the exact time.

His description of what Caylee was wearing also matched a "Tip" that was called in just before George made that statement.

It was like he was purposely matching Caylee's clothes to the "Eyewitness Sighting" of Caylee so it would lend credence to his..."Story"

Hello all! I've been reading awhile but this is my first post. Since in the deposition Cindy DENIED having an argument with Casey on the night of the 15th and LP has the theory that Casey stormed out with Caylee that night instead of the afternoon of the 16th like George claims......I'm wondering if anyone at all has come forward and said that they saw Casey out of the house late that night or the next morning? It would seem more logical to me that Casey would have killed Caylee that night while in a fit of rage at Cindy after they left the house. It doesn't make sense that they would go to bed, sleep the rest of the night, spend the morning at the house and then leave around 1pm on the 16th, like George claims, and then kill her.

Welcome White-Envelope! I too think it's more logical for Casey to have left the house immediately after the fight with Cindy. I've always felt George's description of Casey and Caylee leaving at 12:50pm on the 16th is suspect. It sounds like a cover story......"everything was normal."

Yes, they did! GA went online and said he found 1,100 ZG's in FL and 140 in Orlando! BTW - He hasn't used a phone book in years, sir, too low tech for big Georgie.

Oh you mean did he actually physically go out and look for ZFG? Well, no. He had other obligations. There were T-shirts to sell.

Did CA go out to look for ZFG? Well, sure. She got KC in the car for a couple of hours and demanded ZFG's address, which was in her address book or KC's address book or someplace, but decided to go home instead. There was a car to clean out and stinking clothes to wash.

The night of the 15th, early morning 16th. She was on the phone constantly with TL, from a little after 7pm until early morning. The night of the 16th is when they (Casey/TL) rented movies at Blockbuster.

I also think KC killed Caylee the night of the fight she had with CA. I'm not sure at this point where she did it yet but with the dogs hitting in the back yard at the A's I think she may have brought her back there to stage an accident or to get stuff to hide the body. I don't think GA saw them on that Monday either! Not because of the exact time but I have a granddaughter almost the same age as Caylee and I don't see her and her mom staying in their bedroom until 12:50 or so until they left for work. No breakfast, no playing, yeah right!

According to earlier reports, George was working a 3:00pm to 11:00pm shift at the security job he had at that time. I don't think he was present when Cindy and Casey had that fight.

Although the cell phone pings put Casey at the house...........she could have left the house and be parked somewhere in her car nearby, and the pings would be off the same tower.

Actually, I live in Florida and I could see how someone could hear it with a C sound...like the "C" sounds in the word cycle ("sssssss" sound)- not how the "C" sounds in the word cat ("caah"). Say Zenaida with a "C" using the "ssss" sound. Cenaida. With a heavy Latin accent I could totally see how it could be mistaken. Does that make sense? I'm totally not good at explainin' things, but I tried :blowkiss:
