I would like to see LE take a deposition from George's best friend, Jim? This man was present in the A's home and has first hand knowledge of how GA and CA really behaved to Casey and each other the night she came home, as well as what GA thought and did. I can't understand why this man has never been deposed or questioned. Or have I overlooked information on this?

Early in the investigation, George's best friend Jim might have been tempted to lie for George to LE about what transpired in the A home, but I can't believe he'd lie for GA now, after a year of watching GA's outlandish behavior and wildly conflicting lies.

Come to think of it, why hasn't the media tried to hound this man for information all along?

From the Prosecution---I want to see the entomology reports and more duct tape/fiber results.

From the defense---I'm dying to see what Jose will pull out of his clown hat come February 1st.
Will it be:
1. A rabbit
2. Actual exculpatory evidence
3. A poof of smoke followed by a flash of mirrors

My best guess? We'll see a motion from the defense complaining that they haven't had adequate time to prepare a report....waaa....waaa.....everyone is so mean to them....waaa....lather.rinse.repeat.

I agree, with what we know as of now, I think she's done as dinner.

But it still irks me that this is being prosecuted as a DP case. The SAO has got to have some sort of evidence that will put aside any reasonable doubts that the jury might have. If I was on this jury, I'd have no problem putting her away for the rest of her life based upon what we know right now, along with the absence of a reasonable explanation for it all. But I'd be hard pressed to sentence her to death on it. The forensics have been woefully lacking hard evidence of KC's direct involvement, as far as I'm concerned. There's a mountain of circumstantial evidence that will likely bury her, but I think they'll need something more to justify taking her life. For now I'm happy to wait patiently for the SA to tip their hand. I've got to believe that they've got something that will validate the DP charge here, but we've not seen it yet.

All i can say about this thread is this... WOW High praise to all who have pointed out just how much evidence we haven't seen yet. I would think it is fair to say there is a mountain of evidence we have yet to see. I want to thank all of you who pointed out so much.
If I was leaning towards one side of the fence or the other, this abundance of unseen evidence many of you has pointed out, has put me squarely back on the fence again. With all this information we are missing I can't even venture an educated guess as to whether or not Casey is guilty.
Although a number of sleuthers may lean towards the guilty side of the fence, they aren't afraid to ask questions in search of the truth. That is what make this such a wonderful site.

Maybe he'll start writing his motions on magicians flash paper. Then, when he screws them up, he can light them and -- POOF!

Some of this info may have been discussed already. Have we heard anything from Caylee's pediatrician Dr.?? Is LE trying to find out Caylee's father? Did Casey's cell pings triangulate at the Caylee dump off site? ( On the youtube video, it looks like it does.) What do you all make of some posters that say KC made MySpace page called "Caylee is Missing" in early June?? Do you think KC made the Zenaida Myspace page? Can't LE determine who/ where that was set up? Does anyone know the date of Rick Pleasia's wedding- that's when he said Casey was pregnant- but KC and Cindy said "No- not pregnant". I would like to see a decent picture of the August 1st gas can collection. I want to compare the duct tape to the Dec 1st gas can collection. There is a picture out there, but it is a grainy copy of a lame pdf file and not good enough.

I hear you sister! I want to know whether Amy's totalled car is the car brought in for repairs that smelled like a dead body that LE questioned WW about and I desperately want to see the text messages between KC and CA, KC and TL. First and foremost, I want to become intimately aqcuainted with the plant and bug forensics. I would also welcome any new information on the duct tape, particularly if it reveals what the SA truly believes the cause of death was and more specifically, where the murder of precious Caylee occurred.
Unfortunately I'm not holding my breath that this doc dump is going to answer all our questions, but I hope it gives all of us something new to gnaw on. :banghead:
