2009.04.13 Unreleased Evidence: What Are You Waiting to See?

OH and the chewing gum from page 3722, I'd like to see if any identifiable DNA was found on IT.

Tammy? Are you thinking of Tracey, the female bounty hunter that worked with Leonard & Rob? Or did I actually miss one of the players in this case?

Thought of one more thing I'd like to see, any evidence found at Lee's house. I know, we haven't heard of it being searched...but.[/QU

LOL, sorry , yes I meant Tracey. Anyway, the last time they promised all those video and recorded interviews, we got nothing. Maybe by Friday we will get it all.

I am waiting to see ANY kind of "BOMBSHELL." I want to go to sleep tomorrow night thinking",Now they have her,"and that justice will be done for Caylee.I'm hoping that this week of depos and the doc dump is the beginning of "a wrap up." Actually I want it all.!

RE: Mortgaging the A home to pay bondsman.

The bondsman takes 10% and keeps it. The A's would have to come up with $50K cash to give away to the bondsman. If they didn't have $50K in cash, they would have to seek a loan from a bank. Banks want collateral. The house would be the first item to look at as collateral and it was already burdened with 2 prior mortgages. To lend the money to the A's, the bank would then be 3rd in line to collect on debts which already exceeded the value of the property. It would be throwing money down the toilet.

There are property bonds, but in order to post property as a bond, there must be an appraisal on the property and a search of the mortgage and conveyance records to determine the liens already in play. The equity in the property, after liens, would have to be worth 3 times the bond, or in this case, $150,000.

I don't think there was any choice available to them, despite KC's psycho reasoning. I don't believe there was $50K, much less $150K in equity in the property.

They could not have raised that money if they tried. Not everyone has $50K laying around in case their kid gets arrested for First Degree Murder, much less $150K. And not many people have $150K in equity in their home. KC is delusional and ignorant of the real world. She lives in the land where money grows on trees and babies sleep in car trunks.

At this point I hope they have enough data to make sure they get a fair trial.
I fear that the more time goes by the more dangerous it is for the defense to get a fair trial.
I am getting very board with this, but I do hope that divine justice will follow.

has there been any info on the analysis of the contents of the 4 vacuums confiscated from the A's home on Dec.11? anyone know?

CA could easily have that in a retirement fund, which she could either borrow against (401k), or cash out + taxes in the case of an IRA....Maybe KC knew CA has a nice retirement fund....However, I don't think CA had any idea what KC was alluding to when she made the statement about the opportunity to spring her from jail.
I wonder, regarding evidence, if LE ever found out exactly (from AD's doctor or insurance records) when AD had the Xanax Rx....Xanax might not bear on the case, but the truthfulness of the story goes to AD's credibility.

I don't think we have ever gotten a full analysis of the trunk stain.

All I want is another 450 page doc dump.

Is that too much to ask?

Have the results been reported from the swabs (H-52099 Items 1 & 3 taken 8/1/2008) that were taken from the bottom of the two gas cans yet??? The presence of decomp on these would be almost as good as fingerprints on the duct tape for the SAO, IMHO.

Aren't we waiting on a doc dump? Things the prosecutor asked for? There have been so many I can't remember if we are actually expecting one or just wishing for one.

I am still waiting for the results from the maggots - did their guts contain human DNA????

The maggots really intrigue me but I am now starting to think that perhaps they didn't manage to extract any information there...

I would like to see the JPC interviews, MH's interview, information about the winnie the pooh blanket, CA's and GA's phone records as well as everything and anything they have on LA.

Where shall we start ... :waitasec:

I'd like to know ...

  • What was in the small black plastic bag, tied w/unknown contents?
  • Was anything found on the piece of Henkel tape not attached to the skull?
  • Were the pieces of longer duct tape found near the fence related to the crime?
  • Was the stain on the seafoam/cream rug taken from the porch anything meaningful?
  • Anything of interest found in the "Shop Vac", green "Bissel" steam cleaner, red "Dirt Devil" vacuum cleaner, or the green "Bissel Spot Bot" cleaner?
  • 16 CDs, 36 VHS tapes and 3 DVDs were removed from the Anthony home on Dec 11...anything interesting found on any of them?
  • Two handwritten notes were removed from Caylee's bedroom that same day. Why? What did they say?
  • Any of the textile fibers recovered from the various pieces of tape or Caylee's hair mass tie back to the trunk...or the seafoam green rug?
  • Any significance of the World of Disney bag?
  • What was in the Gatorade bottle?
  • Is the second plastic bag with a knot found in it significant?
  • One beer bottle found at the scene was submitted to the FBI. Why?
  • Both Henry Lee and CSI Bloise found hairs in the garbage bag. Are any Caylee's?
  • Did any of the paper towels in the garbage bag have decomp on them?
  • What conclusions were drawn regarding the cardboard matting with and without the heart-shaped sticker?
  • What prompted LE to take swabs from items found in the Dora backpack in January?
That's probably a good start :)

I want to see some of the text messages between Tony and KC. I also want to see some of the texts between Cindy and KC.

-I'd like to know if KC's heart ring was discovered anywhere that could link her to the placement of the body, or even the method of the murder (chemicals that reacted with silver).
-Would also like to see her juvenile records unsealed, including her schooling-I think she had behavioral issues that caused the issues with graduation. The A's explanation made no sense for a high school curriculum.
-Would like to see DC's complete phone records.
-Would like to see any videotape from Sawgrass apartments that was taken from 06/10/08-06/20/08....Originally, I believe LE looked at the 9th.
-Would like to know if LE looked for chloroform/ZG's identification photocopy (I believe you have to give them your ID to copy in Fl.) at Cast Iron Tatoos.
