2009.04.13 Unreleased Evidence: What Are You Waiting to See?

  • #781
Tax returns would be good..on all 3
Especially to disprove the nanny story
Maybe it's Cindy's JCPenny account..showing purchases Casey made

I wonder if the A's were told last week that financial docs were going to be released.

bbm

Indeed! Especially since CA told LE there was nothing on it and didnt offer it up after they specifically requested it.

Is there a reason why we haven't seen Mallory's deposition yet? Or Dominic Casey? Is there a way that the State and the Defense have agreed for them to not be released before trial? I ask this because I don't remember waiting this long for other depositions to be released? Could they have been sealed and we don't even know about it?

I would completely understand if Mallory's deposition holds information that the State nor Mallory wants the Anthony's to get a hold of prior to trial... because I could see them bullying her... I know I have wished that Mallory has been working with investigators this entire time... that she has stayed close to the Anthony family to gather information on what they were doing prior to Caylee being found... and after Caylee was found? I know it is wishful thinking, but I really can't understand why we haven't seen it?

The same with Dominic Casey? I mean, could the defense have agreed that his deposition not be released too? Again, is it even possible? I could see the defense thinking... whoa, this is perfect, we can create reasonable doubt by using Dominic and Mallory's words against Cindy and George. I mean, what innocent person goes to all that trouble to cover the murder of their grandbaby up? I mean, Cindy DID send HER private investigator out to those woods... and she hadn't talked to Casey, by her own admission, since October 14th, 2008. A logical person would think to themselves... only the murderer would know where the body is?

I don't know? Can someone please help me understand this? Are we going to start being flooded with everything that has no been released... or are there things that could be held back, by the State and the Defense, for trial and we would never know about it until trial?

If JB attended the depositions and also received a copy they would not have to be released as discovery, I believe. So I would imagine JB has a copy of the depos already. jmo

I'm not sure dominic was given a deposition. My understanding was he was going to have an investigative meeting with the SA.

Baez was not privvy to attend this meeting

JC Penney receipts. YM knew what was on it when he asked CA about it- he just wanted her to answer honestly. She dodged around and got very evasive, so there is sure to be something incriminating.

About a month ago or so the defense received 40 pages (I believe that is the right number) of FBI documents, have we ever received those because I dont remember getting those unless it was mixed in with the last doc dump. Anyone else know if we ever got those?

And I agree on the JC Penny receipts, I cannot wait to see those.

You know you are right. Not sure but I believe they would have released that information to JB by now unless they do not plan to use him as a witness. SA may have bigger fish to fry with his depo.

P.S. Anyone know if DC is still employed by KC?????

Hey LambChop .... doesn't being employed mean one is getting paid ????? :waitasec:

Last I read in those emails between DC and whatshisname who claimed to be a psychic, DC was not paid by anyone for his time and/or expenses. Wasn't his house in foreclosure too?

Another thing, Cindy said that she had talked to Casey everyday during the days that Caylee was "missing." Either through phone conversations or through text messages.

I don't believe those text messages have been released yet, unless I completely missed them? The only text message that we have seen of Cindy to Casey is the July 15th, "Call ASAP. Major prob." I would really like to see just how desperate Cindy was to talk/see Caylee? She says that there were no "red flags" and I don't believe that. I would also like to know if there was anything said about the "fight" they had on June 15th? Like an apology from Cindy? Cindy begging for Casey's forgiveness... that she wishes they would both just come home?

Is there any reason why things like this have been held back? I know that the State has had to turn over all their discovery to the defense, but could it be held back until trial without us, the public knowing about it? Or would we have seen a motion to seal?

I just keep thinking about all the things we haven't seen... and I don't know why we haven't? Don't get me wrong, I don't have any problems with certain things being held back for the trial, I just wish we knew that that was the case? Am I being too greedy?

IIRC, The text messages on Cindy's phone were deleted. Gone. Poofed.

I think she did it on purpose, but feel free to draw your own conclusion.

Bold mine.

But, since they were text messages and not an actual phone converson, wouldn't LE be able to get them from the records of whatever cell phone company Cindy used? (by subpeona) :waitasec:

Oh yeah. If she wasn't lying about the texting. If those texts happened, they are preserved and can be found later, which is what got Casey and even Terri Horman into hot water. It's why we tell our kids to think before texting because once it's out there, it's out there and come back and bite them in the 🤬🤬🤬.

Anyone know if DC is still employed at all? :D

I'm looking forward to the JCPenny receipts as well as Mark Hawkins.

I don't expect much to come from Mallory as I suspect her to be yet one more victim under siege of the residents on Hopespring Drive.

I'm not sure if he's still under contract with anyone at this time, but he did stop updating his Caylee library in August 2010. Maybe he was able to find work, from the discovery released, you can see he was trying to get into Haleigh's case too, hmmm is that when he stopped updating his libraries?

Isn't that also about the same time he had to declare bankruptcy? Either he was facing foreclosure or saved himself from foreclosure by doing this. (Somehow his house was involved in the whole deal, but I didn't quite understand it.)

Mallory is completely in agreement with the Anthonys. She's a member of the board of their fraud foundation, and, bizzarely, she's been involved with Lee all of this time. She is unforgivably involved with the people who support Caylee's murderer.

In every case I've followed, there's always been a lot of evidence that's been withheld until trial. Even considering Florida's Sunshine Law, I think there still will be a lot of information withheld. I expect that there will be more than just a few moments during the trial that we all will say, "aha...........so that's what happened!"

I'm not sure why Mallory's depo hasn't been released yet. With DC, it's been a year since he dropped out of sight. I've long felt that DC may have provided the prosecution with some valuable information regarding the Anthony's involvement in trying to cover-up Casey's crime. That might be a reason for withholding DC's depo.

Yes..............DC's house was in foreclosure and after that hearing last December in which it was determined that DC was to participate in an "investigative" interview, nothing more has been heard about him. At that time, JB was not going to be allowed to attend that interview. We don't have any information that the investigative interview ever took place. JB seems to have just disappeared. I find this very strange.

BBM - yes, I believe this as well. Having watched the big brains of the State's attorneys spill out all over the floor many times now, I'm wholly convinced they have this locked and loaded. There just aren't details that go slipping through cracks when Ms. Drane-Burdick is around, and Ashton isn't caught off guard at any moment. The motto of the Boy Scouts is "be prepared", and these two people are - they really are. For example, when Cindy was testifying re:the 911 calls, everything that could have gone wrong for the State, didn't. It just didn't. Because no matter what Cindy thought she could slip through, LDB had the paperwork to reverse it. No stumbling, no stammering, no guessing, no paper flipping, no "uh, Judge, uh,...", just total preparation.

As much as it may SEEM like things are missing; i.e., Mallory's deposition, interviews with Mark Hawkins, Cindy's texts, Amscot video, all the evidence we can think of, I firmly believe it's all missing for a very well played out reason.

I'm still scratching my head over Mallory's depo, though. Isn't she an Anthony devotee? Why would she anything against them if she's so fond of them? Unless she's been playing them this whole time and told everything she knew behind their backs? I have never wanted to see a depo so bad in MY LIFE!
