One good thing about the DP being on the table is that the state will get to ask potential Jurors if they are willing to give Casey the death penalty if they end up finding her guilty.

So the state is assured to have a jury that is at least capable of giving her the Death Penalty.

That is of course they answer honestly

I heard a lady Judge on Mike Galanos or JVM show yesterday talking about the fact that there is only one woman on death row now. She also said that (can't remember for sure) there have been 13 in all of Florida on DR so far. She didn't say why the one there now has been convicted of.:behindbar:

My niece who is 21 sends and receives approximately 5,000 tests per month. She has a log on her phone which counts them - I actually think this is fairly common with that age group.
