Defense plans on charging the taxpayers with their defense. (didn't elaborate but I'd imagine Casey is going to claim to be indigent when it comes to having "experts" testify).

There are several places to watch the episode ... I am about to give Emma a bath so I can't link ... but the episode is 5.12 (5th season 12th episode) the name of the episode is "Hundred." I found it and watched it night before last ... I think on fancast.com
