This is just my opinion, but I'd imagine this video has been at the FBI lab for enhancement. It could be possible it just became available for release as the state may not have had possession of it all this time. MOO

Well, perhaps the video will show that nobody messed with the car after it was abandoned. I believe once it went to the tow yard itself it was in a secured area? So they could prove that nobody put a dead body in the trunk after KC abandoned it. Maybe it show her spraying air freshener in the trunk.

The jurors might want answers to these questions before sending Casey to her death

These questions remained while in the Scott Peterson case (and still do) and we all know how the jury voted in that case. IMO he had WAY less damning evidence against him than KC does. Also, based on polls, way more people are convinced that KC is guilty vs SP as shown in polls that were taken at the time of his case. The lack of answers to these questions don't bother me all too much b/c everything else points to her guilt.

I completely agree. It was never determined how Laci died. But ~ the fact that her remains surfaced in the San Francisco Bay where he'd been "fishing" in addition to all the other circumstantial evidence (his affair, behavior, etc) convicted him. I see the same type of thing happening in this case also. MOO

I agree Trixi. Many people have been convicted with a lot less evidence.

Assuming they have video of the entire time the car was there, they'd analyze when she got out of it, what she did, what she had with her, etc., then go through the video to see if anybody else showed up and went near the car, until the tow truck driver got there. Since the car was there three days, yes it would be long, but I can't see them enhancing the whole tape, just the important things. MOO

I think it would be very telling if we see her purposely place her purse in the car, and adjust it to be a position to be seen. This would be impossible to explain.........only explanation is that she was setting the car up in a way to lure someone into stealing it.

I've thought for a long time that KC intentionally wanted that car to be stolen. Then we'd have a whole different story.........a frantic call to mom, "Mom, my car has been stolen and Caylee was in it!"

KC might tell mom that she stopped somewhere, left Caylee in the car, and when she came out, her car and Caylee were gone! She'd say, "but I only was gone for less than a minute!"

I know the whole out of gas or not out of gas issue is an old one, but is it established as fact that the car was truly out of gas and not startable by GA at the tow yard until after he put gas in? I thought that one of the reports or statements showed that assumption was not correct, and that he never tried to start it before gassing it up. Maybe I'm confused with the passage of time? Help?

The only thing I've heard that's established as fact is there was nothing wrong with the gas gauge. That came from LE. MOO
