Even if Casey was let off...where on earth could she go? lol Nancy answer that one for us please. Someone, somewhere would take matters into their own hands:) That in itself is comforting.

I have thought of this alot. Where would she go? To live in that house and without Caylee and knowing that KC killed her. KC knowing they know. There would be nobody sleeping for fear of being killed in their sleep. They couldn't even sleep in shifts---how would one know who could be trusted to guard. I would be afraid to turn my back. Like livin in a den of thieves.

At this point and all we know about the workings of this family----I think any one of them could kill. Thangs have gotten to out of hand for them to stay together esp if she goes home.

Could they make it if they moved??? Where could they move to?

Sounds more like smoke and mirrors to me :waitasec:

I always wondered where the 'kid mess' was in all the videos of Caylee at home. It looks like she's at Grandma's because of the cleanliness, but this was her home and you don't see many Caylee things scattered here or there. But I agree with you. All those tapes seem staged.

All the specials on today (HLN news, Issues, NG) were so hung up on the lack of matching soil on the shoes and how it will hurt the prosecution. I think this can't be further from the truth. First of all I doubt the SA will even bring it into trial and if the defense does the prosecution can just point out the fact that either she threw her shoes out or washed them (either at the time or while out on bond--not that difficult), or threw the body into the woods from the sidewalk so she didn't even need to step on it. According to the report, the soil could also have changed from the time they took the sample to the time the body was dumped. Either way it doesn't really help or hurt either side. The only way it would help the defense was if the soil was found on Zanny's shoes. Oh wait, a ZFG would need to exist for her shoes to ;)

I always wondered if Casey planned to off her parents with all those internet searches. I don't really think she planned to kill Caylee for months. She just got in the way after the fight IMO.
She'd stand to inherit money if her parents died and probably the house Then Amy could move in, just like they planned. Oye!
George bringing home the gun in time for his daughters return home on bail was a classic though. I wish he'd get deposed on that. If you though ZFG was the person threatening your entire family, why did you wait until your daughter was coming back home to feel the need to arm yourself??

Casey admits to leaving her car at Amscot which is another reason why I believe she will ultimately be convicted of murdering Caylee. I hope NG follows up with the video she claims exists of the Amscot parking lot. I am anxious to see it!!!

I think if KC was acquitted then she'd ask for protective custody --- because CA would make good on her prior threats. j/k

Don't forget that if Casey is acquitted, she still has lots of other charges awaiting her that will keep her locked up for a long time. Now those charges have concrete, absolute, 100% video proof that she did it.

I do too. I thought some report on it would be included with these documents, since Nancy was talking about the video the other night. Oh well!

Have a good night, friends! :seeya:

I actually remember hearing from some people that she'll probably just get time served for the financial charges  anyone know?

As for the bullet for clarification it was determined to be a ".30 calibre". That is a rifle round with power. It was not a shotgun casing. I dont believe it has any relation to this case. As per the M.E. there was not any "Ante-mortem" wounds to the bones. More than likely if that rifle was fired, it makes alot of noise, not easily muffled and it would have caused substantial damage to the intended target. Even more so considering the frailty of the bones of a 2 year old.

You are right. There was no trauma to the bones per the Medical Examiner. This case is way too crazy.... :o)

Anyone have a link to the video of KC and TL @ blockbuster to see what shoes she was wearing then?

Wenwe4 that is an excellent point...and were those shoes she was wearing at Blockbuster included in the testing?

Remember it's sweeps week.
From what I've read so far, I can't believe these are the documents released after reintroducing the DP. But I have faith that the prosecution who are about to spend millions of tax dollars more than the millions they've likely spent so far trying this case, are competent and this is all part of some strategy.

Let the defense sift through this awhile. Let Baez get all arrogant and puff himself up and then sit back on his laurels...BANG. Here's what we did find.
Let the A's get all mouthy to the media again, slipping up and creating some new version, then disclose that the dust and dirt they got from the A's vacum cleaners does match the soil at the scene.

This isn't the evidence they plan on convicting with IMO. No way, no how. Don't care what NG and the experts think.

I think there's a lot LE and the prosecution is holding back.

I'm wondering why we still haven't heard anything about the stain found in the trunk.

While we're waiting for Nancy to get back to this case, I just thought of something about none of Casey's shoes matching the soil where Caylee was found. Anybody else think she probably had on a cheap pair of flip flops that she tossed in the trash?

If she did have a cheap pair of flip-flops, she could have easily dumped them in a trash bin at TL's or AH's.......or anywhere.

Reminds me of that single yellow flip flop found at Jay Blanchard Park.

If any pair of Casy's shoes were missing ,I don't think Cindy or anyone in that family would tell LE.

I don't understand what the big deal is that none of the soil found on any of her shoes matched the soil where Caylee was dumped. It was a month later that she was reported missing and if she had been wearing the shoes, it is possible the soil could have been washed away on a rainy day.

Or maybe GA's shoes had the dirt

Or maybe GA told KC to throw away the shoes. I believe that they all got rid of the evidence and the big over-reaction of such anger and hostility of the grandparents shows that in my opinion they are all in cahoots. Why such anger all the time CA? I remember when she was on Greta way back in July and I couldnt believe how rude and obnoxious she was then.
Do you really think that any normal people would just forget about their dead grandchild and wallow in KC's obvious lies? I hate their excuses, their fake concern..Could anyone really eat a big expensive dinner when their precious little grandchilds bones are being picked up one by one....the faces GA makes when he wants to show people hes sad...the me me me of CA..does anyone really care if she wrote suicide notes?
I think they cleaned up any and all of the evidence in the car, especially all the soil that could have come from that area...dont you think GA washed the car? Someone bagged that little girl up and someone tried their best to hide her where no one would ever find her. As KC says, they had 31 days to think of their plan and all the A's think they are better and smarter than everyone else. These documents dont prove anything or disprove anything. So they didnt find any matching soil, anyone who has ever seen a Law And Order now a days can almost plan a "perfect" murder. ALMOST is the key.

How in the world does anyone think that the shoes the murderer wore would even still be available after 31 days. Come on...Im sure the trash men picked up trash at least 4 times when little Caylee was "missing". Lots of evidence thrown away a real long time ago.

There is a thread about GA and a possible cover up here:

Thanks ~ just as I remembered. So the prosecution already has that forensic evidence pointing away from somebody putting her remains there at a later date. I'm not really surprised by the soil not matching the shovel either, since there wasn't any evidence she'd taken it out of her parent's yard. I do wonder what the soil inside the trunk would match ~ maybe the back yard? :waitasec:
Document that indicates remains were in the same position for no less than 4 months:
