In my state you have to complete a long financial form to qualify for a court appointed attorney. All current income, property and future income is accounted for. Our maximum amount one can have is very low and is set by the state.
Gonna be very difficult for JB to prove KC will not be getting any future income since she is the owner of all photos and/or videos and she did receive monies for the sale of the photos and videos acquired by different media outlets. And if the court does appoint her an attorney, the pay isn't gonna be much.
So please, JB, please file this for KC so we can see where and who the $$$$ lead us to.
