Watching the video:

On video #2 about 3/4 thru---JB was speaking about the death and KC is sitting there as she always does---like she is paying attention---then JB says "Caylee Marie Anthony" and I saw it with my own eyes. KC flinched. Was like something went thru her body. Was a split second scene. Wow. Back to watchin.

One thing I am worried about was the attorney's claims yesterday that the CO's they deposed said it was cruel and inhumane treatment to take Casey to the infirmary, to monitor her reaction to the finding of the remains...I really hope said Defense Attorney's are embellishing the Officer's statements.
I do not know after reading the motion to supress the videotape,it sounds like the Sheriff's office maybe seeing the ground from under the bus.

The way JB talked in court yesterday, I got the impression, he knows exactly who he is going after with the phone records search. He was talking about having a "special master", and stated that would make it possible to get the records he wants without showing what defense strategy they were using. IMO, he is going after JG...I think his mind is already made up. I just wonder why he can't defend his client without causing so much trouble for her innocent friends. I am hoping the new Defense Atty will talk him out of throwing any of these kids under the bus, enough damage has already been done.
Yep,appears Zanny the Nanny is out and Jessie is now the new scapegoat.
Let's not forget we still have a few more months left where Jesse maybe out and Cindy and George might end up being the culprits. Baez can't seem to make up his mind about who dunnit.

Did anyone else think it was weird that Tammy Uncer said in her interview with LE that "KC randomly started to talk about football...it was weird." Then apparently to the defense she says that she was the one who prompted the conversation, most likely to get KC's mind off it. So which is it? I's like she's telling each side what they want to hear..

Uh Oh.....Maybe we should send out an alert to the SA, DO NOT MAKE A HUGE DEAL OUT OF THIS, DO NOT USE THIS AT TRIAL!! I would hate to see it some back to bite the state, when they might be able to win the case without this whole part. I think they have enough evidence to leave this out.

Justice for Caylee, please!

The defence also brought up Jesse's polygraph test. *hmm*
Is it possible he failed on certain questions?
Is the defence allowed to view His results?

I don't know if this was answered previously, early on Jesse was said to be cleared including having taken a poly, but I remember when Jesse came back from GA he submitted to a poly (again? IDK) He left the poly after objecting to some of the questions made him feel like a suspect thanks to CA. He did go in and talk with the LEO's which was released in doc drop Apr/May, including discussing why he walked out on the LDT.

I feel bad for Jesse, KC/CA has tried her best to set him up, but LE has said point blank he was not a suspect. This will be smoke and mirrors from the defense.

it's just after JB nearly refers to the " incident", and corrects himself.

she never bats an eye, never moves her mouth. But she jerks her body and takes a quick breath through her nose.

Well I for one was certainly not impressed with the dressings of any of them from the defense table.

That said, we all expected LKB to attempt to change KC's image. Perhaps she purchased the blouse or CA did. Don't care. Because all the photos of KC pre June 08 and post June 08 until Oct 08 will not change who KC is.

Once the jury views all the photos, courtesy of KC herself and former friends, no amount of makeup or wardrobe changes will help her appear to be the innocent victim of the SODDI theory.

From (camera-view) left to right.....#1 looked fine in the suit....#2 had ill-fitting clothing, AGAIN, #3 was matronly, #4 was also in ill-fitting attire. TM guy was fine, too....
I am convinced appearance will be an influence to the jury, even if subconcious, because a lot of us normal folks noticed who was wearing what. I am not putting anyone down, my clothes certainly are not tailored Gucci, I just mean to relay that if I remember how they were dressed more than 24 hours later, the jury will, too. That last day before they are sequestered might be a day that they give KC clothes that fit her and accentuate her curves, not characaturize them.

I just watched, I would love to know what she was thinking during that nano second.

I so hope at the trial, she hears Caylee's name over and over and anythang else that might get a true reaction.

She probably had forgotten why she was there, and, when she heard Caylee's name, it jerked her back to reality.

OK---thru wid it all. Right at the end of #3---right before e-body stands up---there is a young man sitting up against the back wall--kinda behind the lil gurl in the pink top--who is this kid??? He stands and stops---looks directly at KC---as she turns around she can see him. Wonder who that is and what was that scene all about? Ole H/M kicked in.

1) Caylee's body was found, there can be no "Caylee is alive" theory. (KC won't take a plea)

2) The nanny is a figment of KC's imagination, NO ONE has ever seen her. But KC will not cop a plea.

3) KC refuses to use an insanity defense, or cop a plea.

4) KC and CAGA have done the leg work for JB by saying they don't trust Jesse and keeping his name out there. (KC won't take a plea)

5) He has to say something. KC won't cop a plea.

6) They drew straws at the office, it was very close, but Jesse got the short straw and KC still won't plea.

7) Way back when, before Caylee was found dead 1/3 mile from her home covered with items from the house and the A's kept insisting Caylee was 'out there' somewhere, very much alive. The State offered KC a plea and JB did not try to talk KC into taking it, because he wanted to believe she was innocent. He blew it, he knows he blew it, the State knows he blew it.

Mamabear, this man arrived a little late to the hearing, took a seat in the back and fixed his gaze on KC right away. He remained that way through most of the hearing. To me, it looked as if he kept his gaze on her so that if she looked his way she would see him looking at her. It was almost like he didn't want to take his eye off her because he knew that if she did look at him it would be random and brief and he didn't want her to miss him looking at her. At one point, someone stood up and blocked his line of vision to her and he peered around this person so as to keep his eyes locked on her. Very strange.

I mean---he wanted her to look at him. Why is it so important that she knows he is there. Don't think he is a stalker or that he wants part of the action, like being on TV. Maybe he has to do with the money and he is letting her know that they are there for her.

Mamabear, I'm not sure if this is who you mean, but go back to post #586. I hope this helps. :)

I've watched a lot of trials on tele. And I have never seen an attorney and client have this much physical contact. And at one point JB leans over to say something to AL and is literally pressed against half of CA. I find it disturbing.
