2009.06.16 George and Cindy on CBS Early show

My bold: As soon as I heard BC say this, I was thinking "Yes, your clients are involved, and yes, it is a big conspiracy." Made me wonder if he is prepared for JB and Team KC to come after his clients and implicate them. Made me wonder what he already knows!

I don't believe Baez is going after the A's and try to implicate them.
Others yes, but not the A's IMO.

The A's are soooo stupid!! I never, ever believed GA's version of the 16th....he had breakfast with Caylee and then what?? She and KC were in the bedroom til they left??

May I add a number 8?

8. to show the world that Cindy's tear ducts are actually operational.

Remember when the A's were visiting Casey in jail and she was acting so utterly inappropriate for a young woman who had a missing daughter and was sitting in jail, supposedly unjustly? Remember the look on Cindy's face? Her body language? Her increduality at Casey's complete lack of grief, tears and fear? If I was Casey's mother and looked upon this unfolding scene clearly answereing my worse fears that this silly girl before me, my daughter, is a murderess in the worse possible sense, I would have been rendered hysterical and needed to have been carried away.

I think this is the moment Cindy got hard and no longer shed real tears.

I like reading what you are reporting but the only time I want to see any of those mugs is on the day of verdict and of sentencing. My body goes into spasms when I even see them. I'd rather look at Charles Manson than the Ants! And to watch them go from snarling, rabid dogs to medicated, lying robots with updated stories loaded into them daily - it's just more nausea than I can take. I appreciate y'all with stronger stomachs than mine!

If george made caylee breakfast at 7:30 am, then Cindy would have seen her.

It's a complete fabrication IMO

This is sooooo sad. This is most likely what he wants to remember. The good stuff. He most likely did stuff like that.

If it wasn't for the case, he could remember it any way he wants to.

:I wonder if LE and the SA will look into today's show? Hmm.....:waitasec:

Yes, they certainly will be watching. And when C & G get on the witness stand to "protect" and "defend" their daughter they're going to get blasted with their previous depositions (remember the SA released them which means they could potentially be used as evidence in the murder trial), every damn media interview they have made (including this gem). Basically either they are doing it on purpose to make sure their testimony won't be credible to help convict their daughter or they are just plain can't help themselves. They need to STOP talking like YESTERDAY!

I now have become numb to their appearances. I'm just gonna let them have their moment, becuase life as they new it is forever gone. These two out and about to sell whatever to the public I feel will come back to haunt them more than they can fathom at this time. It is difficult to listen, and believe the A's while they are in this state of mind. They remind me of traveling sideshow evangelist and certainly had the plan to be out of town, when they could have brought a community of all races and religons together this evenning. I guess the A's felt it necessary to avoid Orlando. Hope LA is OK today. Don't have much else to say. The A's try on new faces, while they add and deduct from their strategy. I was just chew and spit out on a whole nother website today, for my beliefs and feelings. Couldn't click W/S back on quick enough. No hate today but alittle disgust is OK, Right?

I found it so interesting that there was no mention of Casey's innocence today. In fact, little mention of KC at all. No mention by CA of wishing she could see KC today to comfort her. Something definitely seems to have shifted.

My guess for that shift would be the release of the 35 page autopsy to the defense. JMO. But you make a good point about the shift.

True, it doesn't contradict his earlier version, but why would he not have said this the first time? Or the second? Why in the world would he wait a full year to share this? It may not change anything time-wise, but, IMO, it takes his credibility down one more notch. And, let's face it, GA doesn't have too many notches left! And, I'm glad that you pointed out how this addition does not help KC, but makes her look even worse. I hadn't caught that aspect of it, but it is so true! For her, it was no big deal! Get a slurpy, text a few friends, kill daughter, hook up with BF and go to BB! Just a "normal" day!

bolded by me....
Spot on!!! :clap::clap::clap:

LE and the State's theory is that Caylee was killed in the Anthony home after George went to work. (IMO) They are going for the death penalty with that theory.

George's remembering he put Caylee in her car seat does not support Casey dropping Caylee off with a babysitter. Lee said Casey often hid out close to the house and watched for her parents to leave so she could get back in. Casey's phone pings don't show her going anywhere before 4 p.m.

Tightening the timeline and narrowing those with access to Caylee down to one person does not hurt the state.

Dang, Joly! You're goooood!!! :thumb:

The autopsy report.

It led LE to replace the DP.
It caused the family to alter their stance.
It is the reason why there is a battle to NOT release that report.

At the beginning of the interview, CA states that "yesterday" was a tough day. Was that an oops? Could that mean the 15th is the one year anniversary of the last time they saw Caylee? Is that why George can't get his recollections straight?

The 15th would fit with Caylee being killed that night after the big fight that they now deny.

I caught that, too! Just one of the many "slips" that make you go "Hmmm!"

I think the kidfinders and MB are doing the stirring of the pot here. Don't ya know that they have to get this foundation on the road. They have to back off from KC cuz it is slowing thangs up. I have felt from the last interview that the A's have moved on. Anythang they say from now on is for the foundation. I mean Gosh----don't we see how they went to help spread the word about lil Haleigh and Ron was so rude to them. All they tried to do is help. they are such grievin grandparents.

They have slowing been trying to reinvent themselves. They can't erase the past but they sure as h3ll are trying. LMAO Spin---spin---spin

I hope Judge S. saw that interview and Brad's and he shuts this circus down---it's gittin old. The A's need to have charges brought on them. How can the Law let this crap go on??? Is this a rant? I guess I will know. LOL

This is exactly what I mean..There are holes with what he added to details that as a witness his credibility would be shot after questioning..which brings me to question why he would throw whatever he had for credibility away by adding details at this point..It doesn't add up..

The more I think about GA adding the fact that he put Caylee into the car seat throws his credibility as a witness out the window..During trial the state will ask him specific questions of that morning and adding that detail in after the fact just doesn't make any sense...It isn't in his statement and he has said in the Greta interview "saw them go out the door"...Why would he do something to add speculation and ruin his credibility?? Of course he would be questioned about it and have to answer which one was it..You saw them leave at the door or did you put her in the seat?? It can't be both..

He is trying to put them out of the house and emphasizing that they left the house.
There is evidence which shows otherwise by cell phone pings and computer usage not to mention cadaver dog hits at the house making the home the possible crime scene..There is no other withness who saw Caylee once he left for work..Yes, they might have left the house but he can not say they didn't return once he was gone..You have LA as a witness who can say KC would wait and go back to the house..

By him adding that in doesn't help KC but hurts his credibilty as a witness...I tend to believe there is a hidden reason for this but we haven't seen what it is yet. Just for once the truth would be so refreshing and relieving without second guessing everything!

... and putting his credibility into doubt would make him a very poor prosecution witness at trial, on any and all statements. Defence could chew him up and spit him out. There is method to their madness.

Others yes, but not the A's IMO.

Although I find it highly unlikely that he ever would, it wouldn't surprise me if he did. I think JB will look at a few others as his first choice of sacrifice, such as JG, AH, RK, RM. Silly though! All he has to do is produce Zanny the Nanny and this would all come to an end! Remember, we are all going to understand after the trial!

My guess for that shift would be the release of the 35 page autopsy to the defense. JMO. But you make a good point about the shift.

And it is the reason why BC came out today and basically challenged JB to put KC on the stand, why he essentially admits that KC had at least something to do with Caylee's death, why he finally is coming out and saying that JB is the one who won't let the A's visit KC, and IMO why he is making a very strong suggestion to JB to have KC accept a plea. Something has emboldened BC, and that something has to be whatever is in that autopsy report.

Exactly. This was actually a very interesting interview. And today on the anniversary of what all rather strongly believe is poor Caylee's murder, we are finally seeing some rather bold and public fractures in team KC.

This interview did not seem to be the normal CA & GA bs fest. At least not as much as usual. Buried in it they, and particularly their lawyer BC, directly called out both KC and JB. they essentially admitted that their daughter has to be involved, and they issued a public challenge insisting that JB put KC on the stand. And left hanging the subtle implication of what it would mean if KC did not take the stand. It was a masterfully subtle challenge by BC. My opinion of him just went up several notches.

At the last hearing CA looked as though she had been crying and KC completely blew off her family.I wonder if that's when it finally hit CA and GA.Their little girl was going to let her defense team throw the A's under the bus one way or another.JB likes the SODDI defense and AL likes the tragic upbringing defense.
Maybe we are starting to see the A's gearing up to defend themselves.I've said it before, but any physical evidence from the home that was found with Caylee's body ,could be attributed to anyone residing there.Implicating another member of the household would be the only way JB could explain it.And The A's did enough covering and Caylee is Alive stories .It could backfire on them.

I just think it's weird that BC/G & C weren't all together on one show...he's been stuck to them like cold spaghetti on everything else. Maybe he's moving an inch or two away?(of course maybe he made a little more moolah being on his own). Just kinda jumped out at me. Did they think they were tag-teaming the media?
