2009.07.28 / 2009.07.29 Deposition Cindy Anthony Transcript parts 1 and 2

Her work records all say 8-5... she admits she stays late or leaves early but always puts 8-5 in the computer for her timesheet as she is salaried. She is going to claim she left work early that day of the internet searches..just watch. Yet her timecard...8-5... She is banking that no one at work will remember what days she stayed late or left early, as it was a regular occurence. In addition...she is now saying a 10-12 hr day was not uncommon.. yet before she said 8-10... Is she setting up a scenario to say she could have left 4 hours early that day because she worked 12 hours the day before?
What day and what time were the searches done?

Hi lizzy

The searches for chloraform [sic], chloroform [automatic Google correction], alcohol, acetone, and peroxide were all done between 1:45 PM and 1:55 PM on Monday, March 17.

The searches for "how to make chloraform" [sic], "how to make chloroform" [automatic Google correction], "self defense", "household weapons", "neck breaking", and "shovel" all took place between 2:15 PM and 2:30 PM on Friday, March 21.

When CA talks about right before KC was arrested and Yuri gave her KC's phone and told her to let KC use it.....does anybody else think it had a bug in it????

Maybe I'm missing something, but I don't get the big deal about the lanyard. Someone fill me in on that? What's the significance?

Casey used to wear it around her neck I think hoping no one would get close enough to read it when she'd breeze into Cindy's work to drop off the baby on her way to "work" (boyfriend's home). I think the female officer that grabbed something quickly out of Casey's wallet that evening , as Lee described, found exactly this SOMEONE ELSE'S ID.

She's a grifter, she steals IDs , she forges checks, she is a grifter, it is significant because it shows the lengths she will go to hold up a pretense.

What day and what time were the searches done?

It isn't just the time you type in for your hours that proves you were at work, you send e mails, etc throughout the day, you call the staff and all of those things are time stamped. ( This is a common way employers check on their staff that work from home, they check out time stamps randomly on their day to day e mails, etc. to be sure they really are sitting at their desk at home working. ) Cindy doesn't understand how easily disprovable her lies are. Cinfy doesn't understand a lot of things.

Yep, I read all the way thru, read those pages twice. I kept trying to figure out what is "sealed" cause what ever this is, is something JB kept saying would get into the area of what is sealed. I know how he is being paid is sealed, what else is sealed? It was confusing b/c they were talking about the hairs from Caylees bed, KC asking Cin for some of her hair, KC yanking out her own hair, bagging them, pillow case...then I thought they were asking what else they saw her take, I thought it was something that had to do with a picture, seems like there were 2 pictures & he was objecting about one of those. I wonder if she will be made to come back and answer it. Can you remember what else is sealed?

I started a thread about this specific subject, check it out - Sleuthing Cindy's Depo and Baez Objections to Sealed items. Some great sleuthing is being done there by a number of posters! :)

Well that explains the extension to "10-12 hour days" from 8-10 originally stated. Covers both of those search days..
I did the same job she had several years back...I was salaried, filled out my time sheet once every 2 weeks...no punch in, no punch out. I did most of my work in actual patient charts, not computerized. We usually date and time everything in medical, so lets hope they can track her work for those days and find something charted with a time, or computer use they can track to her.... shouldn't be too hard.

Apparently he used the word "women" and decribed how much he loved them. Think it may have been in L Padilla interview. The context of using the word "women in his life" to describe both Casey and Caylee is what put them off. Personally I don't see anything wrong with it. I have heard that expression used before by husbands in relation to their wives and daughters.

I hope someone points out to the Prosecutor for cross examination, when they are trying to throw Jesse under the bus making the implication he is perverted by calling the baby and Casey "The women in his life", that GEORGE SAID AT THE MEMORIAL, ' I HAVE THREE STRONG WOMEN IN MY LIFE", AND HE WENT ON TO DETAIL THAT MEANT WIFE, DAUGHTER AND THE BABY!!!!!!

These people are desperate and the jury is going to despise them. They are NOT helping their daughter at all, which is the ironic thing.:banghead:

Well, it's kind of transparent though, isn't it?

She specifically said she did not search "how to make chloroform" but did search for "chlorophyll". The search for how it is made took place on Friday, but on the previous Monday there is a search for chloroform, but not chlorophyll. Pretty obvious there is a lie going on here.

IIRC the original search asked Google how to make Chloroform didn't it?
So even if she substituted Chlorophyll in error :croc: would she really be asking how to make it? I thought she wanted to know the effects on dogs....

Oh, good one!

I noticed that too. They would leave a sippy cup with milk and some cereal out for Caylee to get her own breakfast because her mother was to dam lazy to get up and do it. She also said that she would pack her diaper bag or back pack with the things that caylee needed each night and that she would unpack it when she got home the next day. That is something a mother does when some one is taking care of their child. In my opinion KC was the babysitter and CA and GA were the Caylees parents.KC was a selfish self absorbed narcacist and theif with no regard for her victims and she had been doing it since high school.

snipped respectfully, LeLe

I believe this is another Anthony semantics game. She makes these 2 statements in reference to the autopsy report. Of course there wouldn't be any DNA identification in that report. The DNA samples had to be sent to a lab where it was determined that the remains were Caylees. As far as the gender, it is probably difficult to tell by visual examination of the skeleton of a toddler. The hair length would be a big clue. Once again, when the DNA was back, they knew. CA is conveniently ignoring the facts that disprove her latest theory.

The hair, pink collar, and shorts were indicative child of a female. They did not release that info then. Also, when the duh-fence claimed there was no connection from the suburban site to the Anthony home, it was an outright lie. The WTP blanket, for one was huge.

My mouth fell open at that statement. Yes, an outright lie. But, then viewers would have no way of knowing the facts. Weren't there other items found with Caylee that were from the home?

BUSTED!

Cindy, talk to the :hand:

Is this the same lanyard that CA mentions in her depo that she later found in her "drawer"?

I absolutely loved it when Cindy said she hated it when people lied to her and the SA did not miss a beat and said, ME TOO! To me she was as much as telling Cindy she hated the lies she was spouting to her...Loved that!

The lanyard that came up missing from the car before the police took the car, the one with the shamrock, is the one that happened to come up in Cindy's possession sometime later...

Also Cindy is adamant about the fact that KC was never in the garage alone but Lee tells a different story-that KC was in the garage alone AT LEAST five minutes...

Yep, the very one Cindy accused LE from taking without informing C&G, thus even more of that conspiracy someone was directing.

Here's just a slight difference between what Cindy says and what
actually happened (BBM):

From Cindy’s deposition dated 7/29/09:
A Yes. But we didn’t talk about that until – too much until after I
dropped Amy off. While we were in the car, we pretty much – I
didn’t – I respect my daughter and I wasn’t going to reprimand
her or –
Q Uh-huh
A -- discuss stuff in front of one of her friends. I respect my
kids and I never have done that. I don’t want to, you know –
Q So very sort of strained conversation –
A Yeah.
Q -- between everyone?
A Yeah. I mean I don’t remember saying a whole lot. Amy just
directing me back to find her apartment, which was on Glenwood.

From Amy’s LE interview dated 7/16/08 page 19/1704:
A. Um in the car ride back to dropping me off um Casey...
Q. So she comes with you guys?
A. Yea no Casey's mom was pretty much you taking me to see
Caylee now. I have to see her and I have to make sure she's
okay. Casey kept saying like she's fine, she's with the nanny,
she's good. Um so that's.. .when they dropped me off and I
mean she confronted her about...several things about the
whole leading me on about the house that wasn't happening...
Q. Um huh (affirmative)
A. Which why would she tell that lie it was never even a possibility.
Q. What was Casey's response to that?
A. Nothing didn't say a word, didn't look at me, didn't look at
her mom just did that...
Q. Okay.
A. Nothing. Um which I thought was weird it wasn't like a little
like apologetic look
nothing no remorse, no...anything whatsoever...
Q. Just kind of like whatever...
A. It was a sixteen year old caught doing something.
Q. Okay.
A. and that is completely what I saw.
Q. Okay so you you guys are riding where you going to during the ride?
A. Were going to the Glenwood address to take me back.
Q. Okay.
A. Cause she had picked me up at the mall cause I hadn't driven.
Q. Right.
A. Um so they need to drop me off and then were gonna go to...
either talk or find Caylee, I don't I don't that was their deal,
I was trying to stay as you know out of it as possible, I had
done my job I have gotten Casey.
Q. So during this ride (Inaudible) her daughter's come up?
A. It did not.

From Amy’s LE interview dated 7/23/08 page 39/1064:
AH: I mean I came home just, because they dropped me off and I
mean there was other stuff. And she, Mrs. Anthony confronted
Casey about a lot of those lies in the car, and she pretty much
sat there.
DR: You were in the car?
AH: Didn't say a word. Yes. Well, because they took me back to
where I live.
EE: Did grandmother bark at Casey about the smell in the trunk
of the car?
AH: Yeah (affirmative).
EE: She did?
AH: I don't remember....
EE: What did she....
AH: Just saying that the car smells like **** and you know, they
were terrified....
EE: **** or death? I mean did she go down the death road with
her like....
AH: Uhm, I don't, I don't remember. Uhm, it was very, very
uncomfortable for me to be in the middle of that.
