WTG, SA...LA admits that's little Caylee wearing that shirt in his depo.

Just some things I wish the SA's had brought up....
Whose remains does he think those were,if not Caylee?
His parents are saying the smell was from trash,but Lee is going with a whole new version [to me] about dead squirrels crawling under the hood.Of course TonE was the one lying,not Casey.I wish they would have asked him if he had seen the text messages Casey sent to Amy,about her dad hitting dead squirrels and that's why her car smelled.So do you still think it was TonE lying,Lee?
I wish they had pushed harder when asking if anything KC told Lee about the case was true.Nothing she said was true.Nothing.
Then again,I doubt if Lee was completely honest in that depo.

To answer your last question...It all depends on how the child is growing. I have a 3 1/2 year old who can still get away with wearing some t-shirts that he was wearing over a year ago (because they were cut a little bit longer/wider than the norm) and he's also gotten longer and skinnier through his last growth spurt. So...No, it's not impossible or unlikely that she was wearing the same t-shirt a year/year and a half later.

Also, keep in mind that the clothing may have been bought "one size up"...something that mom's and friends of tots do - knowing how quickly they grow!

Did you all find it odd that with everything that was covered by SA about Casey's myspace, facebook, photobucket accounts being changed and deleted that they never once mentioned the BSOD? Great detail about everything Lee picked up from Tony (including the almost forgotten toiletries) but not a word about the laptop having been sabotaged. Or was it there and I just completely missed it?

Thanks for the highlights of LA's depo, I won't have time to read it for a while. Sounds like he might have "done" quite a bit to help Casey cover her a**?

He is either incredibly naive(and I am being NICE!) or he is a skilled liar...whichever one it is I guess is yet to be discovered.

I checked the first linky, Kat - and seems another poster believes that could very well be the "Big Trouble" t-shirt in that pic.

I truly think it is & that's why SA used that picture specifically.....LA confirms that that's Caylee in the pic....so now they can connect the shirt to Caylee!!

I haven't checked GA's & CA's depos yet to see if they were shown that same pic....if so, WOW.

The SA just set KC up for a 1, 2 punch!

ETA2: page 183 of GA's depo...They give GA Exhibit 9, and he IDs Caylee in the pic....they ask him specifically if that was that shirt that Caylee was wearing the last time he saw her - so they did pick that pic for a reason.

I ETAd my post...I noted pg 183 but doesn't matter....you can see the questions they are asking GA so there's a reason for it....I think the SA knows a lot more than we've seen.

Yes!! Especially GA.....they just moved right on past the whole issue...seemingly glossed right over....ol' GA's gut was probably churning having to answer those few questions about the shirt....it's almost a non-issue now....they've all ID'd Caylee & she's wearing a Big Trouble shirt so now JB will have a hard time convincing the jury that the shirt found in the swamp off Suburban could not have been Caylee's.

I think it will speak volumes...and KC's vile spitefulness will not have overcome Justice for Caylee.

Lee definitely was the Peacemaker in his family, called in at all hours to mediate family crises, mend fences, locate his wayward sister. It appears that his attempts to isolate himself from the family frays was probably a learned coping mechanism. The Anthonys could be the poster family for "don't ask; don't tell."

I do feel sorry for the position Lee was put in by his parents and sister. It couldn't have been easy for him, trying to balance loyalties all the time.

Just finished this thing.....very boring. I found it funny at the very end when clown JB showed Lee two photos - one being a woman he did not recognize, the other being a man and Caylee...and Lee says "that's my dad" and JB goes..."That's your dad???" He was surprised....how funny. I'm sure his lying client told him it was somebody who had Caylee....he just kind of came off as shooting himself in the foot! He's and imbicile.

Yes, I agree. During his deposition I was amazed at his apparent ability to tune out, even with what I would call alarming situations, any time he felt something wasn't "his business" but when you look at the family dynamic he was part of I think I might have been burned out on trying to keep the peace between those people too.

She has a picture of her granddaughter on the front page (which can be accessed even though it's private) and she also has pictures of Caylee (not unusual, it's the usual pictures showing support for Caylee) and the two look very close in appearance, given the pictures posted.

Was this the woman that was identified as having been on the plane (remember the tip a long time ago-about someone calling in and saying that they had seen a child that identified herself has Caylee Marie Anthony or Caylee...IIRC...and a manifest was pulled of that flight) or was this the woman that reported the tip?
