There were numerous death threats not only to the family but us as well. We had Tracy inside and we were mostly concerned for her safety as well as the Anthony family. Jose knew all along our intentions and what we were doing. That entire situation was very volatile and we owed it to Tracy to keep her safe and to protect the bond. We didn't know what to believe after a while of listening to everybody.

Is this really Tony Padilla?

Yes it's really me.

I'm finally getting the feed on WFTV and it has not stopped yet. Thanks for everything though. I really miss being here talking to everybody. It was very overwhelming before when the server would crash every time we came on.

That doesn't happen anymore; we've had a server upgrade since then.

I heard that comment from the newscaster on HLN but I wasn't really putting any meaning into it since inmates can't go into the court gallery to hug or touch anyone. CA/GA were at least a couple of rows back from where she was anyway. MOO

I think it's a guy thing - like go for the kill (oops - bad example) - go for the ball, etc.

He meant imo why don't the A's show some love to one another. He was pointing out that they were not doing so. Least that's how I took it.

HAHAHA! Cindy's friggin' "hairdresser" has suggested that she write a book! Hahaha. He should spend a little more time learning how to do hair rather as opposed to dispensing carp about how others should deal with their grand-daughter's murders! Hey...You...CA's "hairdresser"...You certainly aren't helping CA's case. You should read the blogs more often! Her hair is most certainly NOT a redeeming quality...ROLF. Quite the opposite!

MOO

Yes it's really me.

I want to personally thank you for coming here. "Websleuths" is the best site I have found for any information going on in the news. I look up to you Mr. Padilla and have much respect.

Maybe CA's new defense for not having her stories straight will be that she's a blond now so what does anyone expect!

See there? There is still humor to be found after all; LOL! :blowkiss:

They are discussing the case on the JVM show on HLN right now.

I know a number of you might be upset by this, but the Anthony's (George and Cindy) are great people. I truly love and care for both of them. They might be abrasive at times but they are very nice people. We still talk on occassion. Please look at them with a different point of view. They lost their granddaughter and as twisted as Casey might be they are about to lose their daughter. That's very difficult!!

Has Baez produced a confidentiality agreement with Mr Padilla? If not how does he have anything to say about what he says to anyone. And to add, why did Baez not say anything earlier when Mr. Padilla was on NG or any other media show letting us know things. I would think if there was some signed agreement there that Baez would already have him in court for breech of contract.

Jose had us all sign a document. The document that he entered into court as part of his motion is not the agreement that I signed.

As much as I respect you and enjoy watching your uncle I can not see one redeeming quality in either C or G. They have lied, twisted, covered up, and been totally obnoxious for over a year now.
However, I do think it's great that you have found some good in them. Maybe someday I'll change my opinion. But until then, different strokes for different folks and all that stuff.:blowkiss:

How come they tell so many lies then?

I didn't see the motions hearing because I'm in California and three hours behind time-wise and overslept. I didn't get a chance to read the first thread either as I was looking at the photos of the hearing, and watching the video clips from the hearing. So far have only viewed George's testimony and Cindy's comments after the hearing.

My impression from what little I've seen is that George still has the same arrogant attitude he had at the depositions, although he kept his anger in check. There was one point where I saw his short temper briefly rise to the surface, but he didn't let it boil over. That was when the judge was clarifying a question during the prosecution's questioning. I didn't like the smirks George was giving, and I know a jury isn't going to like that either.

I noted that George seemed to dance around the questions. He knows darn well that LP, TP, TMc, and RD were not there as security for his family because of the protesters. He knows that LP paid $50,000 to bond his daughter out of jail on the premise that LP, a bounty hunter, would try to find Caylee. George is trying to re-write history.

My impression of Casey is that she doesn't look good physically. She's lost weight and has a bedraggled look. I noted bags under her eyes. I don't know what to make of her emotions........I didn't see any real tears.

As for Cindy's comments after the hearing. I think she's reading way too much into Casey's response. Casey misses her freedom and seeing her dad reminds her of the freedom she had before all this. If she has any regrets, it's for herself. Cindy sees love...........Casey sees "I had it good when I was living with my parents."

Fridays are my busy days and I hope I can get back here later and catch up with the hearing and everyone's observations.

My bold

George and everyone else knows that the protesters didn't start until LP bonded KC out of jail. So why would they need security before she was even out?

I agree with you. With much respect to the OP, great people do not lie and obstruct. I have heard/read the argument numerous times that they lost Caylee, they will lose KC, it's horribly stressful, etc. That does not prevent someone from doing the right, moral, lawful thing. I guess my defintion of a great person does not include the behavior, actions, words, and deeds that we have seen from the As. MOO

I'll bet it is; I can't imagine being in their shoes. However, if someone volunteered to pay my daughter's half-million dollar bail, I'd be pretty darn nice to them too. :)

I wish they would share their nice side with the rest of us.

Just watching the hearing from this morning....about the moving of the hearing for the check charges. If KC loses the murder trial and they schedule the hearing after that trial, what about her appeal? Are they then going to argue that they can't have the check trial because they are preparing for an appeal of a death penalty case?

What was the one that you signed? How did it differ from the court doc? I don't understand the above answer. and blond :waitasec:
