the last few times I saw KC I thought she was starting to look better... but today it doesn't look like she got a lick of sleep or had time to do up her face. she looks terrible today..

Baez admits doing legal research! (on the "privacy agreement"). He argues that the TITLE of the AGREEMENT creates confidentiality.

I know.....did he really go to law school or did he buy his degree online?

How can he claim "legal" services...when they just said it was "security"?

JB said legal services, GA said security.

If this wasn't so serious I'd be LMAO!

I don't know but I think I am going to buy me an online law degree because I think I could do at least as well as him and I know jack about the law.

It looks like George tried to send KC a "I love you" message while leaving the stand! Her response seemed to be BLANK-no response that I could see!!

I think she is trying not to cry which could be why she didn't respond and for some reason her father taking the stand has struck a cord with her. It became clear to me after seeing her get upset at George up there that knowing he was going to be taking the stand could be why she came in to the court room looking so depressed and tired. I don't know why it would upset her so much but it seemed to me to be the cause of her distress.

LP IS an attorney. He has a law degree but doesn't really practice.

Interesting motion...

Judge: "Why is your agreement with Leonard Padilla binding on me?"

One final thought on JB...I listen to all of these others lawyers, defense, proscecution, and others and truly, if I was him I would be embarrassed. He sounds so unprofessional and unknowledgable (is that a word?).

If he's not admitted in Florida, he's not practicing law when he bonds Casey out.

Strickland just asked Baez why the court should be bound by JB agreement w/LP

is incumpancy a word...gotta go look it up

ewwwww....she is really looking bad....I think you're all right on this one....I think her lawyer team has told her that there is a good chance she's staying in prison for a long time....

He's going to lose this motion. JS is not buying the argument.
Here's your hat, Jose.

Judge points out that there is a clause in the agreement that negates any possible agency argument. I want to stick a sharp pencil in my eye when I listen to JB argue. He is now arguing that the clause is overridden by the remainder of the argument.

All this begs the question, what exactly do the Padillas know that JB wants to keep out of court so bad?

Oh I completely agree with you. I was just stating it for the record so to speak. :blowkiss:
