Does JB think that him not bringing ALL documents to a hearing that may be significant makes him look sympathetic? Pathetic would be the case... and trying to deflect by pretending the SA is 'accusing' him of something... he wears me out.

I missed it too! Dang it! I'm watching it on the TV that is NOT hooked up to my DVR (love my DVR BTW).

I think this is the first time it appears KC has had an epiphany and knows she is done and will never be going to home and she will die in prison.

She almost has that look as if saying to herself "I'm f'd"

Non-attorneys can create work product. JB is the person who was garbling arguments about attorney-client privilege and the attorney work-product doctrine. Although I think Florida case law sometimes kind of combines the terms.
