Top Ten Stupid things the Dream Team has done.

Today- The Judge was supposed to hear a defense motion regarding Jail photos,however they INCORRECTLY noticed the Sheriff's office about the hearing, instead of the County,which runs the Jail. The issue will have to heard at a later date.
Keep it up Baez.

there was someone interviewing him live....hubby....said it was the blond lady with sqaure glasses.......i wasnt looking at the tv....just listening....but hubby said it was true tv....

insession is going over the case now....playing back old footage of when the defense said that casey is innocent....

I just went back from the beginning of Jack Ford's show "Courtside" and I still didn't see Brad on.

Now Brad was on with Ashleigh Banfield: Open Court (blondeish lady with square glasses) which airs in my area at 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM ET.

Is Jack Ford on your TV now?

Did the court address the change of venue for the check fraud case, as he has scheduled it for January.

Also, heard on Court TV that there will be a different team of prosecutors for the Check Fraud trial. Does anyone know who that will be?

It was very interesting attending the hearing today. It's easy enough to identify all the players from seeing them on TV but it's just different in person.

My favorite part was when LDB said she wasn't arguing against allowing the autopsy pictures being disseminated for the family but only for the child. Hooray that Caylee has someone looking out for her. It's only sad that it is strangers who are caring about her and not her family. CA wasn't happy at all about that comment. She leaned forward as if to stand, her face was red and I could hear her say "Excuse me!" Someone, I assume GA, grabbed her arm and stopped her from interrupting.

Another thing I thought was great was the beat down LDB gave to JB about why his Motion to Dismiss was inadequate, insufficient and full of procedural errors... also that the attached affidavit was sworn to in the presence of a notary named JB. I think even the judge suppressed a giggle at that one. The judge took the motion to strike into consideration and the local TV channel just now broke in and said he had denied the Motion to Dismiss the child abuse charges.

The very best thing of all about being there in person was that I got to meet some other sleuthers and a blogger from another site. So very neat to meet others who have the same interests. I also got to meet KB and she was kind enough to take a minute to talk to me in the front of the courthouse as all the media was waiting for the attorneys to come out after the hearing. I told her I thought she was awesome and that I love watching her reports.

I'll hush now... I just wanted to give my little report such as it is. :seeya:

Pleeeaaaassssse! All they've done is talk. The only time they don't talk to the media is when it comes to admitting what could actually prove kc's innocence. All they do is bs and TAINT THE JURY POOL!

Also, as far as JB claiming there is no proof this was a homicide??? So does that mean little Caylee duct taped her own mouth, triple bagged herself and threw herself out like garbage?

Thanks Zsa Zsa... ya know, I just can't figure out why AL is allowing this kind of rank amateur, bone-headed move, oops! we sent it to the wrong address, lame excuses for not following proper procedure. Baez can slink back to Miami after this all said and done, (no one will miss him!) but AL has so much at risk. Her reputation and her credibility is being jeopardized every time Baez pulls one of his stunts. Why, why, why hasn't she read him the riot act?

I thought that change of venue would be heard today too but it wasn't. I asked KB when I was speaking to her and she said that it was filed too late to be heard at this hearing. Motions have to be filed a certain number of days before a hearing so that the other side has time to research and respond. It will be heard at the next motions hearing.

Wouldn't you love to be a fly on the wall when they discuss today's appearance? I was just watching Jack Ford interview an Orlando reporter who also had some scathing comments about Baez. She said that at his last trial he tried to introduce a 'surprise witness' at the last minute, but the Judge stopped that. She asked him after the hearing who his witnesses would be as he hasn't listed them yet- he told her that would come to light at trial- so her final comment was "Do you suppose he's going to try that again?"
