When LDB said that I could see CA, red-faced and ready to jump up... she said "excuse me!" and GA pulled her back into her seat. I was sitting in the same row but on the other side so I could look straight down the row and see them on the opposite end.

Remember how KC made whatshername with Padilla's crew wear the watch around her ankle to match KC's ankle thingey which would alert the police if KC took off? I think she's gonna make AL wear a chain around her waist to match KC's . . . .

If you watch part 3 of the You Tube playback of the hearing that is on today's news thread near the end you can hear Judge S saying to someone to please ask that man in the second row to see me while he was in microphone range. I couldn't hear that from in the courtroom but it went out over the feed I guess. Marinade Dave said the Judge just wanted to shake his hand and let him know that he has read his blog.

So the judge is reading blogs about this case? This can't be good, can it?

Well, I would guess that AL is now in charge of providing civilian clothing for KC for court appearance since they both seemed to be attired in blouses that were two sizes too SMALL for them!

Looking at the video...the most glaring observation, imo, is that this is NOT a grieving mother whose child has died. There is no protestation of innocence, there are NO non-verbal cues whatsoever of grief, loss, distress or anger at being falsely accused. In fact, she seems quite content in the company of her lawyers who are doing nothing but legal maneuvering. She is not the picture of a woman who has lost her child at all, let alone an innocent mother accused of such a horrific atrocity. Its like she'd rather be in this jail with the media spotlight on her that at home, with her baby.

It is shocking to watch as guilt is written all over her. It is unbearable to hear JB brag how they don't have enough evidence to pin this on her. What is the most unbearable is CA's continued arrogance and contempt. How long O Lord, how long?

I haven't posted in three months... great to come back for a visit. KC looks so much like Alanis Morissette. Today, she looked unhealthy to me. Her shoulders seemed slumped and caved in (under those puffs), and she has a shadowy pallor about her. I guess that's what jail does to ya.

JS made a comment about whose courtroom is this anyway and that he had never seen so much hand lotion in his life IIRC.

I watched it again, and I think it was the judge who made the comment; it was someone off camera.

I have no doubt the photos will be leaked. I think getting the photos out further taints the case and could be so predjudicial that a) they could not be used during the trial or b) it would make the case for moving the trial as far away from Orlando as possible.

November sweeps (TV Ratings period) starts in two weeks. Yes, the pics will get out.

The picture of Michael Jackson in the ambulance sold for $500,000 - one picture.

The most "valuable" picture of the Caylee autopsy pics would be the skull with duct tape wrapped around it and hair still attached. I have no doubt that picture could sell for upwards of $500,000 to a $1 million.

Keep in mind, there are probably dozens of pictures that were taken of the remains - any or all of which could be sold.

I would be willing to be that the first pic of Caylee's remains will be published within 10 days.

the only good that can happen when the pics are released is that JB will then be in contempt of court bc he let them get leaked and oh ya we get to see the pics

I would have to respectfully disagree with you..I think she looks descent for being in jail. I don't feel bad for her at all, she is where she is being of what she did but she looks a lot heavier than before jail.

Marinade Dave "said..." I heard someone say something about taking photographs. Wonder if Marinade Dave had a camera in JS's court room today. I can't imagine JS wanting to shake a blogger's hand. Doesn't jive at all.

I have to agree. I do NOT think her parents i.e Cindy cares about supplying clothes for Casey anymore.

If the pics get leaked, yes JB could get sanctioned or fined or slapped around.

However, if one of our lawyerly types on here will elaborate for me, I think that Consitutional law protects "the innocent, until proven guilty" i.e. KC and that the pictures would be so highly predjudicial that the court could be forced to determine that it would not be possible for KC to get a fair trial in Orlando or ANYWHERE and - in order to protect KC's right to a fair trial - could declare that is not possible and the charges against her would have to be dismissed.

That is my legal education earned from the school of TV law dramas, so please. if someone with a real legal education could explain it for us, that would be great.

I'm not so sure about that. I get the impression that there are no limits to the depth of the A's commitment to and support of their children. I think that if they were given any hint of encouragement to supply anything she needed, they would. Reading the A's interviews gives me that feeling.

I am really cranky tonight after watching and reading the antics that went on in that courtroom today during this hearing, so will probably make this my last posting for the evening (before I attract the attention of my favorite EYE!).

I am appalled at the behavior of KC and Baez with all the giggling and smiling. The death of this child is a very serious matter.

I am appalled at the behavior of AL after LBD stated to the judge that she was there to protect a deceased child, not the Anthony family. The death of this child is a serious matter.

At this point, I am also appalled at JS behavior at the end of the hearing when he vocalizes over the live feed that he wants to meet a blogger to compliment him on his instigating himself into this case as an "ameuter sleuther". The death of this child is a serious matter.

I am very appalled at just reading that above said blogger has taken to his site tonight to brag about his newfound "celebrity", boasts of "did you see me on TV???", and promises of breaking news story that only HE knows due to his notorious media attention from today. The death of this child is a very serious matter.

But to end on a positive note, I am very appreciative of our "co-sleuther" Muzikman, for representing not only a lot of us on this forum, but Caylee in particular by attending today's hearing.

I am appreciative for all his efforts, both physical and financial, in pursuit of justice for Caylee, and including us in his search.

I am appreciative that he attends these hearings with no fanfare, choosing NOT to become part of the circus by attempting to get as close to "key players" in this case in order to get a moment of "camera time", instead choosing to position yourself out of camera range if possible.

I appreciate your sincerity, professionalism, dignity and respectful manner in reporting your perspectives from the courtroom, without attempting to draw attention to yourself, instead of Caylee.

You have earned my utmost respect before today's hearing, and it is that respect that I am going to focus on for the remainder of the evening, along with my belief that Caylee WILL be served justice and the respect she so greatly deserves.
