Was Misty hollering and threatening this woman or just sitting there while the driver acted crazy? It doesn't sound like she's accusing Misty of doing much.

I just watched the re-run and I am sorry but what CB is saying makes no sense at all. The dispatcher asked CB about the passenger and CB stated that she could not even tell if it was a male or a female. Yet now she is saying how the passenger was being just as threatening as the driver was. I don't buy it.

In the 911 call, she couldn't tell if Misty was a male or female, yet later, she was able to SEE Misty reaching down for a GUN!

The story grows & grows.

She may as well just show her face in her interviews, she's getting her 15 minutes of fame. (Not to mention that we know what she looks like... :crazy

Misty wears her hair slicked back in a ponytail alot,maybe she did at the time.But,she did admit at the airport that they did flip the girl off,so why would someone do that just going down the road?Misty had just lied to the reporter about going to NY,but at least she told the truth about being in the car and flipping off the girl.

Misty looked young and beautiful in her new pic posted. I definately see a straightening curling iron burn. My 21 year old had one on the top of her forehead just like Misty's all last week.

I believe Courtney got offended because she didn't get her way on the highway and blew this way out of proportion. I'm concerning for Misty being around this Donna Brock, and all her connections. Ron should be protecting his wife.

I haven't watched the show yet and haven't made up my mind yet whether the alleged victim's story is BS or not. It might easily be but not because of the male-female thing, IMO. It's possible to see people make threatening movements and gestures without being able to see the features of their face because movement can be perceived more easily in silhouettes, shadows, in glaring light, when looking through the corner of the eye while trying to drive. Those kinds of circumstances would keep the faces and details blurry but movements could be perceived.

Who was passing who? Would the driver or the passenger have been closer to Courtney? Are we absolutely certain who was driving? If she was referring to DB, it would be easier to be uncertain about the gender because of the more ambiguous hairstyle.

She might have been partly hearing and partly guessing or lipreading I find it easy-ish if I'm expecting the things that are being said, and "You're dead" is something that one could easily expect a gun-box wielding threatening road rager to say. Also, distinctive mouth movements.

But if she was able to lip read she ought to have been able to see their faces and tell a man from a woman.

Right, Kiki. The victim of this incident is probably afraid that she even had to be identified. People as nuts as MC and this driver just may show up at her front door. That's just the kind of ill-bred people they are. For those who question the motives of this victim, they need to realize that we know a lot from our peripheral vision. Even while driving, we can be perfectly aware of other cars and their occupants. You don't have to have your binoculars aimed on someone to know they are driving beside you in a threatening manner. I'm sure there was a lot of waving, fingering, and other gestures that she was well aware of.

All I can say is that MC and this driver better watch who they pick on. Like me, many motorists have a CWP and often carry a pistol in their car for safety. The victim may well have perceived that these two women had a weapon. What if these two boors' actions had escalated into a tragic incident/

I don't think she is from MA, surely didn't have that MA accent, she might have lived up there at one time. Plus all her friends on FB are from FL and I don't remember seeing any from MA. She also said she had had this job for the past year. Doesn't add up for me either and her story is ever morphing into something more than what was told to the police.

I read somewhere here that the home address zip code CB gave "39130" is actually for Madison, MS (Mississippi) not MA (Massachusetts) - the op wondered if maybe the LE typist mistyped MA since the keyboard "A" key is right beside the "S"? :waitasec:

So then - anyone know of any links to Mississippi in this case?
