I just watched the Baez video today at Mallory's hearing talking about the Chloroform.. he seems less than perky and sure of himself today.. is he tired or was that the sound of pending defeat I heard in his voice and saw in his eyes there?? He should have been booming about the nonsense results to the media like he usually does.. when he gets a little win..

Just watched it myself, and have to agree with you. Gone was the cocky attitude...

Found it interesting that he mentioned that chloroform amount could be found in "tap water". I recall that a poster also made that reference/SPECIFIC wording ("tap water") in the thread discussing the chloroform and Gatorade bottle. Did the FBI report specifically mention the terminology "tap water", or did Baez pick up that little tidbit of information from the WS poster?????

JWG posted tony pipestone? site that uses the term tap water. I think JWG is possibly the one that was the whistleblower, so could have gotten it from him. search for a later post from jwg with the link.

Baez saves a ton of money by just waiting until WE figure it out and then quoting OUR findings!

I noted his demeanor was more serious also...the cocky JB seemed a distant memory. Maybe there IS something more that we do not know about that he DOES know about? Hmmmm...:waitasec:

Also wanted to mention that Valhal also used the term tap water early on in HER analysis...just to give credit where credit is due. She and JWG and DogMom were all working it hard...but I think Butwhatif came in and solved at least the Crystal Light portion of our chemical mysteries.

Maybe he has read that we are pretty sure about the spit-If it is spit, and combined with the chew found in the trash, that means that not only doesn't it work for the state, it is not exculpitory for KC, either-It is just trash like the rest of the stuff.

Wow, how did I miss this? I love it "the neighbors all took a vote...and the mother is..." lol. They certainly don't think much of CA, to say the least.

Its rather chilling that KMT told them exactly where to find Caylee, very early on.

Makes me wonder if theres a connection btwn Kronk, DCasey and KMT. It could be that KMT just told CA this.:waitasec:

I am anxiously awaiting the dep. results from Mallory. I'm not really concerned that she will hold back and not talk. I have confidence in the LE that they know how to question her so that she will have to mention what she knows. They really know how to get what they need.
