2009.11.12 Mallory's deposition

thanks very much, ThommyMac! Can you imagine anyone putting all that private stuff about someone on a myspace page like that? If he could treat her like that, it makes you think you might understand why she left. Not that I can't understand him being angry, of course. But the seething, hateful quality of it reminded me a bit of their uncle's rantings, a similar style.

Also thought the stuff further on about the character in Spongebob was interesting. I never paid attention to those details in that show before. Thanks again. :)

Bold is mine-

Huh I dunno. It reminded me more of Cindy's "you maggots, you leeches" speech. Or her "Don't mess with the Anthony's, you won't win" speech. Or her hammer swinging, cross bashing while yelling out names of LE and media days.

Many many an ex wife or ex boyfriend has come forward to police once their relationship sours and divulged things they never would have during the relationship. Guilt lingers and the more evidence that comes out over the months and months we have until the trial the more opportunity we have for the entire family dynamics to unravel imo. In divorce cases we see people drag up and throw mud at the person they once loved, deep secrets that had been confided in the sanctity of the marriage are now things they level against one another in a custody fight for example. So yes with time, seasons and loyalties change. My Gram used to tell me never tell anyone anything you wouldn't be proud to have on a 5 ' poster hanging above your desk that says, "Julia said this....."! Gram was so dramatic, but she taught me many things, one was to keep things private, to myself. Relationships are like many things in life that begin and end.

EXACTLY......................a perfect example: RK's ex-wives........happens all the time

Lee Anthony MySpace Blogging

Small caveat, the language is very much "R" in nature. Enjoy!

Thanks sooo much for posting that link. I remember back in the day when I searched and searched for that heart sticker and there it is BIGGER than life. Another thing is the "Big Trouble" shirt, I have never seen that picture of Caylee wearing it but again ... bigger than life!

Wasn't Mallory pregnant? Did she have the kid? When is/was she due?

gitana, I think it must have been a rumor. Haven't heard anymore about it, and if she is still pregnant, she must be an elephant.

i dont think she was ever pregnant... i think she just has some "problem areas"

Bumping as its being discussed on another thread and also because I want to know what Mallory has to say!!! (and Lauren C.)

Mallory remains a sort of mystery...which makes me remain a sort of super curious!

An interesting tip, but probably way way too hearsay'ish for LE to delve into too deeply. I am sure LE was absolutely positive of what Mallory's real views on the subject have always been. Unfortunately for this sort of thing, since she is not a direct participant, really all they have to formally work with is what she officially says.

Even if LE were to question the other waitress Heidi, there really isn't any way to use what she says against anyone. Not even to preasure Mallory. Choosing not to voice an unsubstantiated opinion to the police is not a crime. If KC told Mallory that she did it, yes Mallory could be forced to say so. If Mallory directly witnessed something pertinant to the case, yes preasure could be applied. But Mallory thinking that KC probably did do it because she is a pathological lier, and she discussed the narcisism in the pictures with her undergrad psych professor? That probably has less evidentiary and investigative value than this blog site.

I think LE's response to a report that "Mallory THINKS KC did it!" (and once again note that is "thinks", it would be a whole diferent ball of wax is "Mallory KNOWS KC did it") would be something along the lines of " Pretty much everyone who can read in this state thinks she did it. We need to find someone who knows".

I think Mallory knew the truth and had no intentions of playing "protect KC". I also believe LA has turned states witness. He's not been around. I think he's decided Caylee deserves his support. At least, I pray this is the case.

Another item (this depo) we have yet to see? Does it seem like there is still a lot of stuff out there, though LDB said she has handed over 90% of discovery?
How much is the media letting slip through the cracks and/or not publishing at all?

RBBM. So if they've handed the defense 90% of discovery, then just imagine what other nuggets are packed into that 10 remaining percent... The mind boggles. The Baez quakes.

There's been many depositions taken by both the state and defense, yet the only ones released as discovery were Cindy, George and Lee's.

Why is this, does anybody know? Or, maybe I'm wrong and other depos have been entered in discovery. I don't think it's the media slipping because we have MuzikMan that gets all released discovery also.

Ah yes, please don't stop the Muzik!

Perhaps she meant evidenciary discovery, I forget the comment's context...Since depos are ongoing until the end of this month (correct?) and it takes time to get them redacted, put together, passed over, etc., we can't possibly have all of them yet.

Thanks to everyone for the links. Some I had not heard, and were pretty fascinating (ie, lee's blogs). The only thing I can say is I pray that Mallory doesn't marry into this family. Can you imagine if she has a baby with Lee, and how Cindy will try to dominate (MOO). I would find that to be a horror story. Mallory - run as fast as you can!

MOO

My best guess is that the media's (ongoing) public records request was for, e.g., "all discovery released by the state to the defense." The State is under no obligation to release public records that have not been requested.

Depositions, even if they are transcribed, are not the kind of "discovery" LDB was talking about (discovery handed over from the state to the defense). The defense has a representative at the depositions, and if the defense wants a transcript they have to get one themselves. The state doesn't send one out.

IMO, any deposition transcripts/recordings in the possession of the State are, however, public records, so a proper public records request could be made to obtain them.

I dunno, Mallory is still on the "board" of the fraud blood money foundation. I don't hold out any hope for her or lee, or even Zam.

And, if I'm not mistaken, isn't Mallory's mother serving on this same "board" for the foundation??
