Bumpity bump. There was a phone in Mallory's name for ICA according to the thread on the new docs.

I ran over here when I saw the thread bumped thinking MP's depo was finally here......
Are there phone call records for this phone?

Lol No worries, strawberry! I was just kidding! Thanks for bumping - there are so many questions about Mallory that haven't been answered! I have a feeling we'll be learning more in the months leading up to the trial (hopefully those depo's!) :)

What did you make of Mallory wearing shorts to the court proceeding? I have never, ever in one courtroom seen anyone even be allowed in with shorts on. It was disrespectful, at best.

In the North no one would think of wearing shorts to court but this is FL. You can enter a grocery store barefoot. I think shorts are such a way of life that it's normal dressing.

I respectfully agree AND disagree. I've known Florida as "home" since 1990. Yes, shorts are truly a normal dress around here, for most of the year. However, our courts are honored with the same respect they are given anywhere else in the country. How M. can wear shorts to the proceeding, or how CA can get away with chewing gum like a cow on a cud, I'll never understand. I can only guess (???) that everyone tiptoes around the family so that nothing can be used against the prosecution in court (unfair treatment). Seriously, I don't get it.

I served on a jury in that same courthouse the summer before last. We the jury were instructed on what was considered respectful, meaning the way we dressed, acted, and what we were allowed to put in our mouths (ie, NO GUM, and water only if it came in a bottle with a cap that closed & could be tucked out of the way).

It burns my bum to see the way the A's act in the courtroom. They are so disrespectful. I really do think they that think the world revolves around them. Oops, sorry for getting on my little soap box.

Thanks for the Thread Kimster

I have been curious as to why we haven't seen/read Mallory's LE interview

Probably the same reason that we have not seen Mark Hawkins? there are MANY interviews we have not heard and most of the ones released were redacted right?

Very interesting that Casey's "bat phone" was in Mallory's name. How could she ever allow herself to get dragged into this mess is beyond me... I don't understand how she can stand by a man who is willing to lie for a murderer. To viciously attack innocent peoples reputations and to try and direct LE in a false direction when it came to the murder of his own niece. Where are her parents?

Yes, I can understand that she loves Lee and I have no problem with her standing by his side... but at what cost? She needs to think long and hard before she decides to bring children into that family because if she ever did want to leave, she will be in for the fight of her life to keep her children. Does she not think that this family is not beyond making up vicious stories about her if they feel threatened?

If I am not mistaken, it is in the computer/ cell phone forensics reports towards the end pages. HTH!

Has anyone located the phone records for the "new" phone yet? TIA

I looked and looked through what records I could find--perhaps I'm looking in the wrong place?

In the most recent doc release (1.28.2011), there's an entry "Computer evidence inventory," which includes some cell phones.

http://www.cfnews13.com/static/articles/images/documents/computerev.pdf
(TY, nums24 :D)

Just for the sake of completeness, I'm going to list the items which were seized by LE from 7.16.08 to 2.19.2010--according to the doc linked above:

1. Compaq computer--KC
2. Nokia phone--KC
3-4. Polaroid camera--CA, GA
5. HP computer--CA, GA
6. Nikcon Coolpix camera--CA, GA
7. Nokia phone--Amy H.
8. Blackberry phone--A. Lazzaro
9. T-Mobile phone--Brittany Scheiber
10. LG phone--R. Morales
11. Samsung phone--Troy Brown
12. Macbook computer--R. Morales
13. Motorola phone--CA
14. Finepix camera--(owner not shown)
15. Sanyo phone--Roy Kronk.

There's only one phone on the list for KC (does that seem likely? lol). There are no items listed for Mallory or LA for that matter (that seems odd). So there must be another doc?

I believe her parents were on the board for the Anthony's fraudation, I mean foundation. At least her mom was. I guess the whole family is willing to be involved with the A's for some reason. And now she's marrying into them. You're right, though, it's going to be hell if she ever tries to divorce Lee and God help her if there are kids involved.
