My house is most def not clean enough to pass muster with many peeps, but I don't take my kids on my excursions re: Haleigh Cummings case, either. I've only done 3 of those in the past 13 months, so I think (hope) I qualify as not a nut-case though locals would surely think I've lost my cotton-pickin' mind.

The other customers at BestBuy reportedly said the photos on Joy's computer depicted a juvenile in sexually inappropriate context or something like that, iirc.

I believe the Best Buy guys were just speculating that it could be something like that because she was asking about deleting photos from her hard drive so the police couldn't find them.

IMO, if the defense wants to bring up the fact that Kronk was in the woods 2 or 3 times on his work route before finding the body, to somehow insinuate that he was involved, then the prosecution could very well bring up the fact that someone certifiably mentally 'off', obsessed with caylee anthony, claims to have been there between TEN and TWENTY times. I think the fact that JW is female has saved her from suspicion so far. Can you imagine if, instead of a woman, it was a man who had been this obsessed, posting tons of videos about caylee, making videos with his photo cut and pasted to be part of caylee's family, going to the house, attending all the hearings?

BTW, Was she really at the latest hearing?

I haven't heard that she was at the last hearing but was she really at the A's to eat Thanksgiving dinner in 2008? If so, where were her kids that day? I haven't read the whole interview yet.

There sure were a lot of people wandering around in those flooded woods August-November. Person after person volunteering for Equisearch testify that the area was ankle then knee deep in water and very, very thick foliage. Only the people who seem somewhat wacky say otherwise imo.

There was that man though who was looking around in there - (Williams?), who brought a pillow and stuff over to the A's. They said it wasn't familiar so he put the stuff back where he got it. Then Joy took the pillow :waitasec: later and cut it up - am I imaging all of this?

Yes, it was in a doc dump quite some time ago. There is a whole thread on it. I believe it is possible that she is just taking pieces of the story and inserting herself in. Probably worth looking into her phone records and pings to see. Sa keeps dumping that doc each time to show there was water in the woods. IMO

I am concerned that Le did not use the crime scene photos to show that her pictures were not part of the crime scene. I am sure they took pictures one step at a time over a grid. Also, in Dec of 08 when JA interviewed Jw on scene , she gave him the photos at that time. Both him and the Fbi agent interviewed her. At the end of that interview at the end of the wood fence line, they could have simply walked into the crime scene to see if they could match the pictures up. If they did, they could have said that here in this report. But they didn't, instead they talk about a fire from 2007 and a crooked vine. I don't get it. IMO

I don't think LE views JW as a reliable witness. She is too scattered and thinks what she needs to say has to fit into the facts that have been released. Clearly she is lying about the pictures and where and when they were taken. What I want to know is where is the memory card? I also don't think that the defense team sent someone over to demand the card. She is a loose cannon for either side. JMO

I don't know if she is lying about the pictures. I really don't want to depend on her testimony. I think we could tell where the pictures were taken if we could compare to crime scene photos. It would not surprise me one bit to see that there was a burnt log on Suburban. Not sure about the naming convention either. I don't know what happens if you delete a picture off of a camera with a bad battery door. Do the new pictures get named something else or do the new pictures take over the names of the deleted pictures? The sim card will show the original date and time the photos were taken. Then you can do the driving time thing. The way it stands now, we don't even know what time, day, date, or even year 1804 and 1806 were taken. Again my hinky meter is raised because the police did not compare or did not mention that they compared the photos to actual crime scene photos. They may be in the dark because I am not sure the defense has to turn over that sim card if they don't own it. They may make it difficult for the SA to get it. They put in a motion saying the investigation is closed, so I am not sure they ever did obtain the sim card. Moo

If there is nothing in the pictures, they are of no value. JW is a very sad person who wants to feel important and will do anything to go along with the group. I believe the pictures were all identified as being taken at JBP by an employee who works there. If these pictures were truly important JB would be all over her. Defense has kept her at a distance. I think LE is trying to protect JW from becoming the next victum under the bus. JMO

I believe your right if they have it in their possesion they would have to turn over the sim card, but they could make it difficult by saying it does not belong to them and they already turned over the pictures. Then once they get forced to turn it over, they could give it back to Joy. I bet they have already. IMO

I am making my way through all the other interviews in this document dump and am kind of amused that when they ask people if they know of or know Joy Wray, then they follow that up with did you ever know anyone during the searches who said they knew George Bush and were a former spy? And on like that it goes. Apparently she has been brainwashed by Leonard Padilla and by George Anthony. She knows President Bush. She is a former FBI agent AND a spy...and she has been followed because of her "involvement" in this case. Oh Lord have mercy on our souls! We are firmly inside of THE TWILIGHT ZONE!!!

JW also says she hangs from trees to take pictures. She is not a very reliable witness. Unless she has proof investigators basically have to take what she says with a grain of salt. Not sure how defense would find out who was on Suburban and who was not unless they call everyone up individually and ask them. If they were not assigned to that area and it's not on their reports how would you be able to tell other than those who were local vs. out-of-state residents. I think if I were defense that is what I would do. Separate the files from out of town and ask for locals first and start calling them. Also media attention is FREE, JB has yet to go on TV and ask locals if they searched that area to come forward. Bet there were searchers who were not with TES that may have searched that area. My guess is....no one would call them for fear of being the next Mr. Kronk. JMO

I made it through all of her interviews, taped phone calls, emails, etc, and just wow! The stories that this lady tells are amazingly unbelievable. She claims at one point to have been raped by three guards when she was once arrested. She talks about knowing the President and how they are friends and how people laugh at her when she talks about the President. She talks about her involvement and "her side of the story" and her book and about a meter reader sneaking around in the Anthonys yard and acting suspicious but that they had NOT called the authorities but would if it happened again. She talked of seeing Roy Kronk come out of the woods on August 11 and that she was unsure if she had taken his picture. She is very concerned that someone will think SHE switched dates on the "pictures" when she knows that it was the Best Buy people who would have done that. She talks of the defense physically basically stealing her camera memory card and that she did not give them permission. She talks of the defense trying to frame her and Roy Kronk and them saying she and Roy were in the woods playing with the body. And on and on like that it goes until finally it is over and you realize that if this is where the defense is getting even a shred of their "proof"? Well Casey has had it...for sure.

So far the only one I have seen say they searched before Faye is uhm, Joy...and after November 1? Well, we know several of them, Dominik Casey, James Hoover, Texas Equasearch and several private individuals...ALL those who searched with the exception of Joy Wrap, Jim H and Dominik have clearly stated the area where Caylee was ultimately found was full of water.

The Doc. Dump that contains the report about the callers reporting screaming was revealed recently in February 2010. It's possible, since JW lives in the local area, that she heard this being reported on the news that same day, Oct. 9. After hearing the news, she could have gone to the area to check things out herself. Just strange. LE must know more because they posed the question 'so you went to Suburban Drive on Oct. 9' - something like that.

Joy went to the area on October 9, 2008, prior to any Discovery regarding the 911 calls had been released as far as I know. For all we know, she read about the 911 calls in the local newspaper and decided to mention to LE that she had gone there the same day. How do we know she was really there that day? Why she would do that I haven't a clue but she is managing to add another level of confusion and more muck for LE to sort out. Reminds me of CA.
