I found the report on docstoc, thanks.

He examines the roots on pictures provided to him by the Medical examiners office. He is guessing the diameter and then following up with a statement of 3 to 6 months. Just a guess imo

No NTS that is incorrect. Dr. David Hall responded to the remains site on December 11, 2008 and saw first hand the root growth on the remains. (pg.9/3472 of the remains site processing document).

Referring back to the topic of the child calling for help at the school, again, I think it was only in the docs to show the water level of the remains site at that timeframe.

Which link is that? can you provide? I thought I read in his own report that he didn't show up until the 15th? remains site processing document? thanks

ps, we can discuss this over in the remain site thread. Want to stay on topic, but the two witnesses did not call 911 to show the water level at the remains site. They pointed at the remains site. I am not sure why they waited until now to dump that doc.

No I have not, However, I do work in a school. I see them everyday. I do see and hear them scream. Also, my wife is a teacher to Autistic children in another nearby school district and has a Masters degree in the field. So, no I do not have any work experience with these children, but I have seen and heard first hand how loud they can scream. thanks

Ps, have you?

I have an autistic granddaughter, and the so called "screaming" your referring to is a melt down. The child gets over stimulated, and releases it by melting down. Compression of the child will calm them down within a few minutes.

Bold 1 :Why anyone would kill Caylee I don't know. There are hundreds of children abducted and killed in this country. Last year 4 miles from the Anthony home, a man broke into a home and made a make shift bed in the garage and then went into the house to get the little girl. He duct taped her mouth and went to find some shoes or heels, she got the duct tape loose and began to scream awaking the father and the man ran off. The police later found him and he is now awaiting trial. Perhaps we could ask him why he did what he did and many other men like him do such things. I don't know the answer , but I do know it happens. So, I don't need that motive from a perp like that for me to be suspicious.

Bold 2 :I don't think any of these perps would need to know their victim.

Bold 3 : Not sure about that one, but as time goes on, we learn new things about RK. The connection may be through a ring of some sort.

I live very close to Orlando, and have never read or heard a news report about the incident you cited about a girl being duct taped. Could you provide a link, please.

LOL! I'd like to add HOPEFULLY compression of the child will calm him down!
My son has autism and each child can be very different. I love NYVictoria's siggie : Autism a scream is speech fighting to get free.
Hope I got that right. My son's frustration, due to limited language ,is palpable. He screams a lot.
I'd also like to point out that some children with autism don't read social cues very well,if at all. They may percieve someone helping them as a threat. It's often difficult to know exactly what sets them off, sometimes.

You are so right! My grandaughter also has problems with social cues. Autism a scream is speech fighting to get free is so true.

Names Added To Casey Anthony Defense Witness List

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Casey Anthony's defense team has added two new witnesses to their list.

One of them is Jennifer Killins, who reported to law enforcement that she heard screaming coming from the vicinity of Hidden Oaks Elementary School.

That school is at the end of Suburban Drive where Caylee's remains were found in December.

Maybe the state should add the high-functioning autistic child to THEIR list. There is a child like this in our church. The first time you hear him scream in the middle of mass (actually any time your not expecting it) it really makes you jump. The defense is really grasping at straws here.

ITA with LittleBitty - the defense will count this as exculpatory evidence. The nanny or RK was murdering Caylee in October, for all to hear, and dumped the body then.

Remember REASONABLE doubt, not unreasonable doubt. If a teacher says it was a child, that makes it unreasonable that it was anyone BUT Casey

We have been through this before.

"According to faculty member TW... there was a child... who was in front of the school at approximately 0845 hours yelling, because (said child) is what she referred to as a "High performance autistic child". (She) stated that she did not recall (the child) yelling the word "Help", however, he was yelling very loudly, and some of the words could have been mistaken as "Help". (10/09/08)

I read the Incident Report, then I found the street on the map and re-read the incident report...

http://www.clickorlando.com/download/2009/1209/21909342.pdf

It Starts on Page 7, 2 maps are included
Briefly;

Around 8:50 am on a school day, Jill Killins calls LE to report screaming and calls for help coming from the wooded area on the northside of her home on Florence Harbor Drive. (i did not include the address number)
Another neighbor, Renier Pistorius also called LE reported hearing calls for help.

Hidden Oaks Elementary School is located on the north side of their residences.

School officials said a child was in front of the school at 8:45am at was yelling very loudly.

At the end of the incident report
The school official provided a sworn written statement describing the yelling childs' actions the officers state
The wooded area was not entered by any ground units due to its thick vegetation, the fact that the ground is very wet and covered in deep water in some areas.

Not sure but he may be a Talking Heads fan. They had a good song in the 90s titled "Road to Nowhere" and if I were more limber with my cross-linking/posting capabilities we would all be singing along with it right now.
