My wings were too excited to use...I didn't think I could land without passing up my PC out of excitement. :blushing:

I have been surfing all the news stations & kept check all day the media along with the clerk records. :dance:

Now for him to decide on the DP which IMO will be denied as well. He is not going to rule too fast on it. He is making sure he follows all of the legal rules before he rules....smart smart Judge S.

the recording JJ made while talking to Baez then ran to the police with it saying what JB wanted him to agree to was wrong. The state asked it be sealed.

Interesting that Judge SS signed the JJ ruling the 16th but the document initially said the 11th . . . maybe he knew he could rule on that one right away and then didn't sign it until the other two were completed. (doubt it would be a typo - as they could just correct the date before they printed).

It isn't unusual for a prepared lawyer who is seeking relief from the court by motion to submit a proposed order granting the relief sought, so the judge doesn't have to. Maybe the state offered that up on the day of the hearing with that day's date.
