The name you were thinking of is JB, an RSO that somebody else identified 2 days ago. They posted his photo right smack dab in the middle of all the discussion going on about the search warrants. They were 2 completely different people. It caused a lot of confusion, and that photo has since been removed.

I don't think that LE makes mistakes when publishing photos and names of the charged individuals
He is xxxxx, a young offender, period, IMO, and unless someone can prove this as error, well, that will remain as fact to me. I have no problem listening to arguments otherwise.

True. I know someone who did this too and decided to legally change her name after she was 18...although everyone knew her by one name, it was not her legal name.

It is not wrong...he is a known RSO...just turns out he's not the POI in this case.

I know Take, there is nothing good about any of this. It's all so ugly and sickening. The poor 12 year old from 2000, her own mother didn't even believe her...how sick is that! She is now 21...I so wish she would join us here.

No please TakeNote - you can't post JB pic on here because he is a minor...the other thread was removed for that very reason and I don't want this thread moved because Norm can't figure out they are two different people.

There are 49 sex offenders that come up when you put in the ZIP code of the home searched..and why one of them is being obsessed about is beyond me.

I agree. That was a very shocking and disturbing read and so much more telling than I ever thought it would be.

I am only referring to JB, as far as I am concerned there are not 2 individuals. The individual I am referring to apparently lives on the xxxxx, his name is JB, and he lives in an area surrounded by woodlands, and clearly he drives to town (McCleary) on a weekly and daily basis, and he likes young girls, according to his file. Lindsey is young, and exactly what this moron looks for. The guy is not innocent, his life map clearly demonstrates that he likes kids sexually.

My only question, to LE, is, did you investigate this dude at all? If you did, did you investigate this dude in depth? Or did you just go to his address and say hi???

The first people they looked at after family and last people known to see her were the local sex offenders...and they didn't just go by, say "do you have LB?" and go away, they entered their houses, checked alibis with other people, and did a decently in depth look at them. I know it was a good look because I got phone calls about an SO I used to know and that LE was trying to locate...that I haven't seen in 4 years but apparently my name was still in his file.
