That will never happen. They have video of her committing these crimes...that is the ONLY reason she fessed up...

Little late in the game for THAT isn't it? If she can pay her dream team she can pay the rest.

Anyone? I thought he said he was granting the "withhold"...

On some charges.

CNN switched to CA in the audience dabbing and glancing at the tissue too. Learned behaviour.

All together now- can you say Media coach? :innocent:

On que with the camera. No tears - just dry eyes. Smiles at and thanks GA for the tissue on que with the camera. Unbelievable. She's like a window - you can see right through her. :banghead: Book her.

Watched it all, but I'm confused on what came about with the fraud charges.
The using identification charges were withheld adjudication and supervised probation, the rest of the charges were sentenced WITH adjudication and time served.

Is the hearing over? I thought that Equusearch Records were Among Topics To Be Covered today?

Whew I didn't even know there was a hearing today, just happen to be watching trutv, after Baez started his monotonous repertoire I told my husband that the judge looked like he wanted to tell Baez to shut the he** up, I told him that I bet the people in websleuths are reeling over this so I had to come in to read up, some of the comments were funnier then Baez's bumbling act!! I can't believe that man is a lawyer, I think Ms. Anthony would do better with a public defender! Also that business with JK is a total waste of court time and tax payers dollars.

Hi WSer's!!!

Was I hearing things today? Did I understand Jeff Ashton to say that the FBI still had latent prints that was not released in discovery?

Did anyone else hear this or did I misunderstand??

I believe MN filed for a continuance in that earlier and so it was not addressed today.

I am still stuck on the latent fingerprints news from the SA. SO, whos fingerprints, I wonder ?

You heard right.

I went back to listen to the tape and he says (paraphrasing here) that he believes there are some latent print related items that he did not see in the discovery.

The most important thing for me today is that some of the check charge sentences were adjudicated, with time served, meaning she has a criminal record, which can be brought up at trial. :woohoo:
Are we sure about that?

All convicted felons in FL have to give up a DNA sample, so that the state has it on file.

I'm not sure of the exact reason or law why though.
Read a couple hundred detective and murder mysteries and you will find out that a DNA database is being built much like the fingerprint database which came before it...still in its embryonic stage though...
She is a convicted Felon!
Is she? Is this certain?

JB said a reasonable bond would solve everything.:innocent:

I wanted to puke when I heard THAT! So he thought he was being funny? Funny how? *said in my best Joe Pesci voice* :waitasec:

I think a continuance of the original order was given on Thursday or Friday of last week, so they didn't need to discuss it.

Did Cindy just tell George "I love you," and he just sighed? lol

I was thinking that she said "Olive juice"...
As in "we need to pick up some olives (and some olive juice) on the way home so I can make myself a dirty martini...." \
You KNOW she probably needs one after all the anticipation that's been building about court today...
Hell, I could sure use one! :)

Any plausible explanation for this? I thought the prosecution always sat to the left of judge (from his view) and defense on the right...in all cases????

Could it have anything to do with where the doorway the defendant enters and exits from is located???

I have no clue why it went this way today. When it was the other way around, there was a door close by to enter and exit. Maybe they were in another courtroom today.

I think what he actually technically said was "latent print evidence"...so...:waitasec:

You heard right.

So QB does this mean that they FBI could possibly have fingerprints and they have not been released to the Defense?

Yes, Yes, Yes!!! Whoops to the convicted felon part!

Right now I am laughing at Andrea staring down Baez as he stammers his way reaching for a coherent sentence.

wtf is up with Casey's voice :waitasec:
She's got one of her best "Creepy Casey" faces on today!

"Blah blah blah, being unfair to my creepy, unlikable client. Blah blah blah..." *yawn*
