Seven hundred thousand dollars, after the trial. Dear GOD!! You just can't make this stuff up. How did he think that would forever remain private?

If I remember correctly, wasn't Jose saying that Casey would give an interview for $500,000.00? Maybe he has a deal with a network for Casey's first interview after the trial? I can't see anyone paying him $700,000.00 to be on any show when he has never had any problem doing it for free?

Personally....as facinating as this was.......I really can NOT believe that he made that comment about media propaganda and the Third Reich.

I think it's not just ABC that has a deal with JB. Notice no other outlets are covering the hearing and money sources either? They've prob'ly done the same thing - if not with this case, then with other news stories. JB and company have been on other networks, too. Like the host said, this is the first time the public is really hearing about licensing fees and cutting deals for info.

Yes, there was some other local TV station that was getting motions dropped off by JB BEFORE they were filed with the court, allegedly, not WFTV.

I must have missed that, will have to catch it on the replay.
That and the mention of blood evidence, what was that all about?

Summing up: two bombshells tonight

1.) Rozzie claims to know that Baez made a deal to get seven hundred thousand dollars from a media outlet , to be paid when the trial ends.

2.) Casey's family was aware that Caylee's whereabouts were a problem weeks before they reported it. LE has testimony or proof that Lee found Casey in a Fat Tuesdays ( club) two weeks prior to the day mom dragged her home from Tony's. She said the baby was with friends. Most folks would have pressed the issue then, not waited and accepted more lies. Rozzie asks if they did that...or were they busy covering up something.

Oh and by the way..Mr. Hornsby thinks Baez is an unethical jack a-- and should be removed from the case at once.

Okay, I'll take what Hornsby says semi-seriously, but give me one good reason to believe this Rozzie? Isn't this just gossip?

I think she said it was in a depo and those were released so unless that was held back I don't see how its possible.

Well she said there was a depo BUT we don't know that ALL of them have been released. Honestly........I didn't here ANYTHING new tonight...other than the story about Lee going to Fat Tuesday's one week after KC and Caylee left.

I constantly mention Jim Lichtenstein. He is always with George & Cindy at the hearings. I don't think he's there as a friend of the family.

He WAS a producer for the Today Show. I can't tell if he is working independently now or if he still has a connection to them.

Exactly! I think Hornsby even metioned it on the show. None of the big networks are digging hard into it because they don't want to give away industry secrets. But, Hornsby seems to have a big chip on his shoulder when it comes to the media so who knows.

LOL - I like RH, too, but had to chuckle about them saying the media has been feeding off this case - while they're on radio talking about it.

ETA - I think he did admit to getting free publicity himself - like that honesty.

Thats true, I mistakenly thought she said it was in LA's depo. So possibly a witness depo that was not released. Just think of the stuff we don't know about yet.

I was thinking it might be from Mallory's depo. Rozzie made it sound like she got the info straight from the person who was deposed. But, I am not ready to believe she's totally in the know just yet.

I just don't think there is ANYONE in this case that is totally in the know.

Maybe one of the friends witnessed this confrontation?

It was a ribs place that Lee went to to find KC and KC avoided him at the beginning of July. Or a chicken wing place. I can't remember the name, but it wasn't Fat Tuesdays.

He is a media coach. More PR spin..... If he is working to improve the Anthonys image he's not doing too well.

I have always candidly admitted that I do this for the obvious marketing advantages it provides (lawyer speak for "Free Publicity"). The big difference is that I do not play favorites, nor do I misstate information (at least I try not to), nor do I hide any agenda I may have.

As for Rozzie's statements about Lee, she is referring to a statement Lee Anthony supposedly gave to law enforcement pursuant to a grant of use immunity that his lawyer negotiated. I do not believe this "statement" has been released yet.

If I understood her correctly, she was implying that Lee had confronted Casey a week after Caylee was last seen; thus the family had known for at least three weeks that Caylee was missing. Which would explain why Cindy told Casey "we have given you over a month" to find Caylee.

lol I know what he does and I agree, it hasn't been working with the Anthonys. I just think there is a promise of something in the future for them. They certainly can't afford his services.

Rozzie " From a credible source, Baez was secured seven hundred thousand dollars to be paid AFTER THE CASE. He took the two hundred thousand up front, and the seven hundred thousand would come after the trial if he would sell her media rights to ABC".

From a credible source, eh?
Might this be another "shoe is about to drop"

Yep - that's why we like you - impartial and honest!

Good to see you here again - I count on you to sort things out for us.
Thanks for that.
