How many hours did JB spend babysitting KC and how much did he charge for that??? Knowing the money would run out and he wouldn't be able to afford experts, etc.

i always thought she was there working off her debt to jb. apparently her work isnt worth much!

I went back and listened to Rozzie again. She could be mistaken, and certainly mistaken about the name of the place, of course, but she is clearly saying it is not the night he went to Dragon room and was not able to find her. She says on this night he did find her, "She was drunk and partying". Then three more weeks went by before the police were called.

I don't know how to use the quote feature but this is from The World According. Since this is the first that we have heard of this, could this be around the same time George got the gas cans from KC's trunk. Perhaps there was a certain smell that forced the family to check on Caylee. The timing would be about right (just guessing without having exact dates) and why would you expect to find Caylee at a bar. Unless confirming KC was there, not working and no Caylee. This could be some interesting info.

I think Rozzie is mistaken and is confusing this night with the Dragon Room night. If Lee did find her on a different night, why on earth would he accept that Caylee was with friends?? Once he told Cindy, all hell would break loose. She would demand to see Caylee and it would have been this night and not the 15th that Cindy called 911. KWIM??

If Cindy had called the deputies without any of the drama, saying only that my daughter won't let me see my granddaughter, it is entirely possible nothing would have happened that night. KC had full custody of Caylee and there reallywasn't anything LE could do if she just said to them "I don't want my daughter to be around my mother right now". Given the usual interaction between KC and CA, the deputies might have just rolled their eyes and said, you two work this out. I am not even sure if a welfare check request would have worked. It was CA saying it smells like there was a dead body in the da** car that brought the deputies and the detectives into this. Right up until that day when the car was recovered, I think all the Anthonys thought this was just a tug of war and a battle of wills between KC and CA.

But it did smell like a dead body. Cindy may have put 2 and 2 together and been genuinely panicked. I doubt she could fake the fear in that particular call.

I feel that they are trying to suppress the fight between Cindy and KC because it could have been the start of everything.
Does anyone remember KC saying she didn't want Caylee to talk to Cindy on the phone while they were gone because it would "upset Caylee"?
This actually would make sense if there was a physical fight and Caylee was hurt or watched KC get hurt.
I wouldn't be surprised that they were all concerned after that night, because it wasn't a normal night.
I have no doubt they knew something, but were afraid to put their foot down.

Looks like RH was right, looks like the JAC is requesting to do a call in on this one.

Does anyone really think that Lee makes demands on anyone in that family? Look at the response he got from his mother when he mentioned he thought KC was pregnant. I think Lee would do pretty much what his mother wants him to do whether he likes it or not. But I also see he does not confront KC either. JMO

Oh I agree with you 100% she was definitely panicked. All I was trying to point out was that even if Lee had found KC earlier then the Dragon Room incident, nothing probably would have come from it. They may not have liked hearing that KC was in town and friends had Caylee, but I doubt they would not have known it was a lie and that Caylee was REALLY missing, I don't think they would have called OCSO then.

Oh, I have NO DOUBT that those daily "office visits" were billed on an hourly rate by Baez to the escrow account in KC name!

In fact, I have NO DOUBT that if we were to see the itemized firm billing, we would also see hours spent flying to meet media obligations, dinners out, etc...etc...etc....

I will NOT be surprised to see that he can account for the whole $88,000 over the last 20 months...:banghead:

Well that makes sense. Dummying up invoices or project documentation took up so much time he had none left over to work on the case. He complained that the check fraud case was eating into his time too. Simulated data is not easy!!

Amazing, the check fraud case eating up JB's time. That makes about as much sense as "Who are you going to believe me, or your own eyes." The only reason the fraud case was drawn out was because of JB. They had her on tape. She signed her own name. Good lord, does he think people are really that stupid. He claimed getting ready for the fraud trial could take too much time away from the criminal trial but never just had her plead guilty when they knew the trial was coming up....waited until the last second. No one should profit from making poor choices. JMO

And the fraud case took all of, what, 10 minutes? Casey apologized, they all gave a speech, and the judge passed sentence. The End.

If RH is so anti-media then why is he a consultant for wesh? He too has participated in this circus since it began by speculating with the rest of us. He has just done so on local media.

Who is this roz person that claims to be in the know? I'll take all statements with a grain of salt unless something comes out to back up their claims.

Richard answered that question in this thread:

Basically he said he has always freely admitted he appears on the news for the free publicity.

As far as Roz, I'm not sure, but I do remember hearing her name before in regards to this case.

You are too funny. Er..um....hope you didn't mind my comment about you rolling on the floor laughing when you heard the news of this affair. No need to reply - my apologies if that was too "fresh".

If media doesn't request that the Mar 25th hearing info be released what will happen, nothing? I see media still isn't on it, but there are new updates for the alleged affair.
