snip~The St. Johns County Sheriff's Office released more video of Misty Cummings' jailhouse visits with relatives. During a visit with her father, Hank Croslin Sr. she said she wants Gov. Charlie Crist to look into her treatment in jail.

Cummings said she is upset she has to stay in confinement away from other inmates. She also complained about the food.

During the visit recorded in the most recent video, Croslin urged Misty to tell police everything she knows about Haleigh's disappearance, even if it means giving investigators information about her ex-husband, Ronald Cummings.

"I want you to forget about Ronald, and if you know anything Ronald did, you need to come forward," Croslin said. "Do not protect him because he's not going to protect you."

Cummings said she doesn't think she'll get a fair trial on the drug trafficking charges that landed her behind bars. She called the $1.3 million bail ridiculous, and said her jail time is unwarranted.

"They just targeted you for the Haleigh case, that's why you're in there right now," Croslin told her. "They can't use that against me though, Dad," Cummings replied. "This is two different cases. They cannot do that, Dad."

Croslin said that even his daughter's own attorney is skeptical and thinks that she is not telling everything she knows about Haleigh, who has now been missing for more than a year.~ end snip

I use an albuterol inhaler twice a day, (at least) and the only thing it does to me is give me the shakes, if I've used it too much. It's not a pleasant feeling, it makes you feel weak and worthless. Maybe to some it's a high, but to me, it's the pits! I think Hank's snorts, are the results of allergies. Have you ever noticed how both he and Misty are constantly rubbing their noses? It's the way kids do when they have a runny nose. I hope the heck they get some tissues, cause it really grosses me out

It is very compelling to see this father try to reason with his daughter. I think MC is looking at a long time in jail. The tapes don't convey a naive, first-time dealer.

Pollen is horrible this year for people with seasonal allergies- at least where I am and where I'm from in AL. I wonder if it's the same for FL.

I am in South Florida and the pollen is bad down here. Singulair and Nasonex are the only two things that work for both me and my 7 year old. All vehicles last week had the bronzing. ( i really noticed b/c i had just washed my car and was really mad it had pollen all over it)

I would assume, if you all are getting it and north of me, and I am in South Florida, probably every place in between has it too

She doesn't say, Daddy he had nothing to do with it! She doesn't defend Ron in any way. Misty is quietly listening and somewhat shakes her head. She's thinking folks.

Yes, that has happened several times! Loooooooooooong silences! I almost wish Hank could have a private conversation with her. I think he is guarding what he says now, and in a private conversation he could be more forceful with her. Lisa is worthless as far as getting Misty to own up the anything. I'm a little sick of hearing Hank say Misty isn't guilty of anything "but being stupid." How about obstruction of justice, Hank? How about withholding information in a felony? How about aiding and abetting in a kidnapping/murder? Honestly, I don't know if any of those things are actually fitting in this case, but if they aren't, they should be. I'd let her know, that one day the truth will come out, and when it does, she is going to jail again, and she will get no deals!
