I have several questions regarding what she wrote on this day. No sadness of the news about Caylee :furious:, why would she be good friends with a friend of Jose, why would Mike and Michelle also be working on her case and that not be noted in the court files, what are the additional resources she would have access to in Miami if her case was moved there, who are the Walsh's, and how would they help her in her Murder/DP trial?

Also, if you notice she talks about Lee and how she asked him to get her some autographs. How is that possible if the family has not seen her or talked to her over the phone since her arrest back in Oct 2008 if I am not mistaken?

I'm so thankful that Jose' came through for you and that Mike and Michelle agreed to take your case. They're very good friends of mine and they're working on my case as well.
Jose and Mike go way back -they both practiced in Miami before Jose moved up here.

That's where we're hoping to have my trial, for numerous reasons-very little media exposure lots of additional resources, including the Walsh's and of course, sun and sand.



Casey talks about brother:
I told my brother I'm expecting an autograph or two. Lucky guy has been out there all month getting things se-up for hn company who wouldn't want to be a project manager for the Biggest Football game of the year?

They don't inspect every piece of mail, they have a right to but there is just not enough people to go through every piece of prisoner mail.

She had seizures before she went to jail and has had several since she has been there? The only sign being a headache, and then all the seizures in her sleep? Needs reminded to take something for it if she gets the headache...what? Seizure meds do not operate like THAT! You take them ALL the time...not just when you think you have a sign you might be getting ready to have one...

DUMB.

I believe those headaches were more than likely a direct result from being inside that head of hers...or reading her own handwriting.

What girl of this age sleeps in their bra?

She was a breast-less preteen sleeping in a bra for one of two reasons:
1. She was extremely modest......NOPE
2. The bra is a symbol of something important to her. In KC’s case (narcissist) the preteen bra represented something that could help her manipulate others......her sex appeal.

Surprising that she was not sleeping in a black, push-up bra.

On the next page (12) it states that George snapped and grabbed KC and threw her up against the wall and then a bit later told her to get the *F* out of his house. This is all coming from Krystal.

She also states that she gave GA $4,000 because he didn't know if he was going to lose his house and he had no money to eat.

In Jan 09 GA claimed he was going to lose his house and asked Krystal for $20,000

GA sent a letter to Krystals home and it was addressed to River Rios, postmarked Jan 3, 09 and LE has it.

Yep. Good call! She's either lying or she has been in touch with all family members for a very long time. I thought laptops played a role in this during the memorial and I still think she has been able to "visit" with folks via Jose's laptop.

My take so far, on what you have all let us know, (I got to page 8 and gave up), the talk of God is just to please her new jail house buddy(s). She is not really religious, she is just pulling the same old stuff ,manipulating someone for her own needs. (She did get a pen and 3 packs of cocoa after all, and, an offer to travel in an RV once out, ha.) Chat her to death, make her feel you are her friend, she sends you some goodies because she thinks you really are a friend and finding God.

The stuff about Lee and GA, not true. Just trying to work the diminished capacity angel, and fear of Caylee being abused by family was the reason to snap and kill.

Baby Daddy, she doesn't know who it is. She doesn't care, over and done with.

Stars in her eyes because she is finally getting to be a star, what she and most young people dream of, just not for murder, sigh. And the lies and manipulation continue.

Chloroform, I think it came from a tattoo shop, and KC stole it while no one was looking. CA had no access, but KC could try this angle for reasonable doubt that SODDI.

Thank you everyone for pointing out the highlights. I simply can not read it.

That's what she says.

I'm not falling for the "my bra was undone/pushed up in the middle of the night" story either. Though I admit I'm not a huge Lee fan how the he!! do you not wake up when someone is unclasping your bra? and how many kids sleep with their bra on?! How many times do you wake up in the morning with your b00bies hanging out before you start locking your door at night?

Michael Walsh is Terry Lenamon's Law Partner. Lenamon was the one that wrote the memo early on about the death of Caylee being attributed to an overdose of a sedative. They are in Miami.

IMO, Baez did not read these letters! I see this in no way helping Casey's defense!

Casey Anthony told one fellow jail inmate she used chloroform to put her daughter Caylee to sleep, and told another she used to "knock" out the toddler so she could go out at night, according to documents just released in the first-degree murder case against the 24-year-old mother.

The topics range from Anthony's plans to take an RV trip when she gets out of jail, to complaints about her mother, to a crush on one of her attorneys.


Maya Derkovic, told investigators that Anthony thought it was exciting and funny that she was becoming famous. Anthony talked about writing a book and making a movie before Caylee's remains were found.

Robyn Adams, another inmate who communicated with Casey Anthony verbally and through letters, told investigators Anthony told her Caylee had trouble sleeping and she used chloroform to put her to sleep. Anthony implied that her mother, Cindy Anthony, may have brought the chloroform home when she worked at a local clinic.
Adams told investigators Anthony also confided in her there was no babysitter named Zenaida.

But in one letter to Adams, Anthony wrote about Zenaida.

She did the same thing with Amy, latched on quickly and text back and forth with her that way. I am willing to at one point Cindy might have thought she was close to Casey but as you can see, Casey pulls away quickly and moves on to the next female "BFF" even though all they get is what Casey wants them to know. :twocents: Just my opinion, not a professional.

In addition, I think these are generally a strong, opinionated, maternal type, independent woman she latches to.
Which could mean something we already know, she has mommy issues and/or that this is the type of person she admires and tells herself that she is. (which we know is not the case with her insecurity, codependency and narcissism)

Wow, the biggest piece of news to come out of this (IMO) is the fact that Casey told another inmate that Caylee was wraped in a blanket, inside of a trah bag, when the chaplain (who supposedly told her they had found a body) didn't mention any blanket ot trash bag ! Now, that's a blockbuster !

Oh boy this is going to be a long long night. I'm only on page 9 and she is insinuating that her father sexually abused her? (as well as Lee?)

Another question, does anyone else find the wording over intimate? Sort of seductive in a way? I'm not saying she is being sexual towards this other inmate, but rather being far too intimate and familiar for having known this other inmate in such a short time? Seduction=attempted manipulation.

Please ignore if this has already been discussed.

Getting a headache reading, the writing...the words... the thoughts...ug...

Anyway...remember the diary...with the cutesy little circles/dots that people said looked like a high school/jr high girl...look at the word cookie on the first page...

and the writing looks the same to me...though I didn't look at the picture of the diary side by side.

So far taking a break from reading the letters. They are hurting my eyes. However Yuri's report is.... well very good reading. The part about Casey telling RA about the baby blanket and such was with the remains and no one knew that but select law enforcement and the coroner's office.

I can't believe JB and Co. didn't fight the release of this info today.
