I am completely convinced that about half of my brain cells are now fried and that my intelligence level has dropped by at least 10 points.

KC does not suffer from a mental illness, she is just plain evil. Anyone who can sit there and talk about God knowing that they are lieing and it not even bother them is just evil. She lies, its been proven she lies and her even mentioning God's name while continuing to lie proves to me KC has no morals, no soul at all, and completely capable of murdering Caylee. She is pure evil.

I don't understand why so many must give her a mental excuse of sorts when to me it is just pure evil. I get tired of seeing so many of these monsters being labeled with mental problems when clearly they are just ....EVIL!!
Forgiveness? Please spare me the crap! No mother of her age accused of killing their child would forgive the person responsible unless they were the responsible party to begin with. I also will never believe that a person who has found God will preach it and within the same letter say the F bomb...grrr..she makes me sick!

I get that and respect it! I'm a felon who was "snitched" on so I've never been too fond of that type myself but this case (and most cases with snitches involved) isn't relying solely on this woman's conversations with Casey.

FWIW, I'm still not even convinced Casey did this.

I don't believe she could actually go with the insanity defense (no she is not insane), I just feel like besides being n/s she could very possibly have bipolar disorder or some other mental disorder. JMO of course

Not all people who have bipolar disorder are this much in love with themselves, though. Not saying she isn't, Idk. I just know it's a fairly common diagnosis and it doesn't always mean the person is a narcissistic sociopath. At any rate you're right, bipolar isn't anywhere near enough for an insanity defense. Bipolar people know right from wrong. Just as KC knows right from wrong. She's just hoping she can deny all wrongdoing and erase it like it didn't happen.

Very true. I just think it's also possible that she could be telling the truth, because people who are liars to keep themselves out of trouble wouldn't necessarily lie to keep others in trouble. And you know how even the hardest of drug criminals have no respect for baby killers. She could have befriended KC at the beginning, believing her and didn't come to the realization until later (perhaps when the body was found) that KC actually did this - and that would have motivated her to keep the letters. Or she could have befriended her with the intention of trying to get KC to confide in her so she could help her get caught.

Oh I agree, Robyn could be telling the truth OR when the opportunity presented itself, after she'd already instructed her friend to consult with an attorney to see if the letters contained anything "useful" to her and was told that there was nothing incriminating that could be of "use" to her, by that time, when LE approached/questioned her, she knew that in order to reap any personal benefits, she would have to come up with something more "useful" for LE. My point is that Robyn's testimony doesn't just come with the same ole' baggage that every other inmate's testimony comes with, it comes with the whole set of luggage. I personally don't think the proscecution needs her testimony. I realize that they'd like to have somebody concretely connect Casey to (A) The chloroform in the trunk of her car and (B) The gatorade bottle with traces of chloroform at the scene of Caylee's remains - Due to the excess baggage, I think the prosecution should go with two out of three. JMO~

lol that's what I was saying before about the letters and the seducing that takes place. It's a couple of cons conning each other. To me this is yet another example that shows Casey is not the the master mind some think she is cuz this women bent her over big time. She was conned, IMO.

I hear you. I too get tired of all of the labels these days. As a psychology major though, I think it's human nature to want to understand the why. What makes her evil? We want to find out what causes someone to be evil? what is wrong with their brain? How can we recognize it and prevent it in others? I don't think KC is mentally crazy. I DO think she has a personality disorder...which in my opinion is a fancy way of saying..." I can't prove it, but something ain't right with the girl"

For those who keep throwing up the bipolar thing. I am bipolar, and so are several family members. Just because you are bipolar does NOT make you a liar or a murderer, which Casey is. I am just not seeing how people think KC is Bipolar. Bipolar individuals switch between moods, not thoughts. If anything KC seems ADHD, but not bipolar! I do not see her having manic phases, where she goes from being extremely depressed to being happy, which is what bipolar people do. In the two years I have followed this case I see nothing Bipolar about Casey. ADHD yes, Narcissistic yes, social path yes, pure evil yes, but not bipolar.
SO please stop talking as though murderers are all bipolar because that is not true, nor is it fair to state such things... I see it everywhere, ohhh...she killed her kid she is bipolar, she robbed a bank she is bipolar, she is crazy she is bipolar. People need to look into what bipolar is, and besides Casey was seen by a psychiatrist when she was first arrested and it was not diagnosed then and has yet to be diagnosed.

ITA with you there! I personally don't think she's lying but that doesn't mean she's a credible witness that the state should go with. They seem to have enough IMO. KC's done!
