No, they still serve you with an arrest warrant even if you are in jail. They will even book you on the new charge. We saw them do it in the Somer Thompson case with Jarred Harrell.

I think he could have meant arrested on murder charges, regardless of whether they are in jail now or not (new charges for the ones on current drug charges).

Dang, HLN left the presser before it actually ended lol. As far as the tipster, IMO, I think it was pretty telling (on who the tipster was) when he was asked if the tip came from Tennessee he said no and then when asked if it came behind bars he sort of paused for just a second and said he wasn't going to talk about who gave the tip. My guess is still MC since they had her at the search site yesterday.

They actually gave a lot great info today. It is common protocol to not release evidence that they found. I know it is frustrating but that is just how it is done.

Yep. I think they have found her, parts of her or something that relates only to her but they can't/won't speak a word of it until the lab tests come back.
But I think in their hearts, whatever they found, they know in their hearts it has to do with Precious Haleigh.
