Nancy has Leonard on the show. She's telling him she doesn't believe anything MC says. He believes she did contact either Timmy, Tommy or JO and the van was driven to the house. He believes Haleigh was already deceased when put in the river and the person who knows what happened is MC. He doesn't believe JO hurt Haleigh at all.

Art Harris says his sources tell him that tommy says he had two kinds of rope in the van and when they got the van back the cotton rope was still there and the yellow rope was gone.

Call me crazy but I believe LE has a very specific reason for telling RC
to prepare for a funeral.

I don't believe LE told them that.

This is a homicide investigation or we have found what we believe to be remains would make sense, but prepare for a funeral makes no sense to me at all.

If they don't have her remains they can't tell them to plan a funeral.
If they do have her remains and are waiting for DNA testing, I don't believe they could keep that quiet in this group. And they would have no idea when the remains would be released.

This seems to be a swirl of rumors and people reported what some *source* told them they heard.

If the 'plan for funeral' comment is true .... I wonder if LE were testing Ron to gauge his reaction. LE could be looking for any affirmation that HaLeigh is in the river by the family reacting / knowing HaLeigh is there and a funeral is the next step. Like the immediate ID of Caylee.

You have to read between the lines in all of this......

I think you could be right on! If LE did make that specific statement it does seem kind of out of the ordinary. MOO

I find it intriguing that Gma Flo says that she doesn't even know whether HaLeigh was dead when she was thrown into the river .... this leads me to wonder if this is a clever way to insinuate that HaLeigh was not dead in the MH. Why would you state you do not know whether someone was dead like that, so coldy unless you are trying to point away from what happened to HaLeigh elsewhere?????????????
