He married her believing they could not be compelled to testify against each other as husband and wife. A quick read of the statutes would have let them know that a. the crime happened before they were married so that does not apply and that b. the victim of the crime is a minor child of one or both of the spouses and therefore does not apply.

Oh lord. I betcha that picture of Granny and Misty was staged by NG producers. It wasn't in the video that one of the FL news stations did at Grannys' house.

Oh I have so many questions about what has been said for the last few weeks. Here are just two.

1) If Misty was with ToC and JO in the van then where was Jr. at during all of this time? Did that poor little guy watch them throw Haleigh into the river???

2) If Ron made over 90 calls during that time then have all of his calls been traced? With that what about Misty's phone, or ToC's, or JO's phones? Shouldn't they be able to trace where they are at by cell towers? Or is the area to close together?

3) Have any of the results of the 4, let me repeat that 4 LDT's ever been released? Could Misty be failing all 4, again, let me repeat in case we all forgot, 4 tests concerning the same questions, like who was involved or who was at the MH that night?

Now I am going to go back to watching and pulling out the rest of my hair. ;-|

I am not saying it wasnt said but IMO the meaning is taken too literally as if it is to happen right away.

If LE tells someone their child is dead then they know they will have to prepare for a funeral or memorial service for their child.

I'm not saying that made sense, only that she said it. And on JVM last night, she didn't elaborate and say RC's involvement was because he left Haleigh w/ MC, just that RC was part of the conspiracy. That's the clip I was referring to that we all know NG will NEVER play.

As far as the divorce, remember Shoey saying he divorced her per LE's request so they could catch her.

Another reporter now telling NG that items were recovered from river and are being tested at crime lab; information that cinder blocks were found, etc. She's also saying RC was deeply saddened when told about the "funeral". AH and NG both say their "sources" say RC broke down.

I wish they'd define "emotion". I recall MC becoming very upset when reporting her purse was stolen.........
