Remember the "excited utterance", is that the word? Where Ron blurts out "i'll kill the bleep bleep bleep that did this?" Jail don't scare me...stuff
But doesn't seem to have any agression or anger or revenage geared to JO, the guy who they say did this terriable injustice to his child?
Just call me confused..just call me anything but late for justice!

I guess the show is over.....She is going to leave us hanging.

*IF* Haleigh died at the hands of Joe O at the mobile home due to a weapon of intimidation, wouldn't this be a gun or a knife and wouldn't there be evidence. I mean it sounds as if Joe outright murdered Haleigh. Where was Jr? Where is the logic to this? What the heck am I missing?
Honestly I don't believe any of them. One night JO has a "weapon of intimidation" if either TC or MC talk (I assume that's what it means), he allegedly kills Haleigh, and the next day he's out with MC hanging missing person flyers. Sure. MOO

I'd really like to get to the bottom of this. We're being told TC & MC have both told this story about Joe and that he confessed. Somethings missing here . . . .

Missing Item------------- The Truth.

I love that Tommy is afraid for his kids while he is free on the streets but not afraid for them while he's locked up.:clown:
yup.

NG definitely said they don't need Ron's testimony for the drug case.
The way I heard it is he's supposed to testify to the truth at MC's trial and then he could get his reduced sentence. Drugs are the only thing she's been charged with. So I'm confused how it could have anything to do with Haleigh. :waitasec:

The whole thing about him hanging fliers. Why wouldn't he? It would look very bad if he up and left and didn't at least fake looking for her and showing some concern. This is if he did in fact hurt her or know what happened. Also it was a good way to keep his eye on Misty.

Wow...rope length matches what was in a package at ToC's home. 15 ft and 5 ft missing, 5ft is what they found in the river? Did I hear that right. So, if it was still packaged was it premeditated on ToC's part. So far from ToC's end, all roads lead to him...not JO. Who had the rope? Where was it found? In two videos that I've seen of MC she is twisting items when talking or thinking of Haleigh. One is where she is coming out of the court house after getting her and RC's marriage license. While she's talking she's twisting a photo of Haleigh in her hand over and over again. Then a couple of weeks ago when NG was following the case they showed small clip inserted into the top left of the screen and it shows MC twisting her necklace. I think that perhaps she is the one that twisted the rope around Haleigh. IMO. Why is she always twisting items when she thinks of Haleigh? Is it the act of twisting rope or twisting the truth or both? All in my opinion.

Oh dear--hasn't Mr Werter noticed that GGH was on two lines at once with Lindsy & Tommy?

Tommy never tells GGH what happened though.

IMO

I thought that had already been ruled out? :waitasec:

I don't what has been really ruled out but if the police found the AC guy did prop that screen door open they would probably not tell anyone.

Wonder what kind of sauce Nancy had with her chicken nugget today? I wanna get me some. She was actually nice tonite.

Wish she had let the Tommy's attorney talk more. I thought all attorneys knew that leaving an uncomfortable silence will result in someone speaking. I wish she and JVM would learn that.

Mods please don't gimme a time out. I mean no harm....

I am just not buying that RC was going to kill the person who took his daughter, but allowed JO to hang missing person fliers the very next day, and did not beat this guys arse....But I do think that RC knew full well that HC was dead when he was rolling on the ground crying in the striped shirt...All of those actions were a grief response in my opnion, so with that said if RC knew she was dead and that JO was involved there would have been another murder in Satsuma besides HC...So RC knew that someone else had killed his daughter.

But he tells her enough for Gma to say to Misty---Tommy called and broke down--said Joe did it. Enough for her to go along with the flow of things.

I think that was just an example the reporter was using.

I thought they said if they found 5 feet of rope, as a hypothetical, but I could be wrong...can someone check?

I just don't believe Tommy. I don't believe he and Misty are afraid of Joe to that extent to keep quiet for 14 months. Misty did not look at all traumitized the next morning spending time with Joe. I do believe he may have been there...he was in town visiting them, he would very likely be with Misty and/or Tommy. If it turns out he passed a LD on this version I will be surprised...I just don't know what to think and sure hope LE knows lots more than I do or NG does.

She mentioned Haleigh's curly hair as the only description of her that she could think of on the 911 call. On the statement analog blog (is that an anablog?) it was noted that that could be the last image she had of Haleigh. Her curly hair, perhaps she was the one who twisted the rope and she was up by Haleigh's head.

I imagine when he met with LE in April he told them he was fearful for his family's safety. Especially then since he told them what JO had done.

I wouldn't be surprised if they have his family under surveillance and the local TN LE may be watching JOs residence too.

Dr. Fessel - Do you mean about it being in a package? Or as she said the package it was found in or something else?

She said 5 feet of rope was missing from the 15 foot rope and she said that is exactly the length they pulled out of the river.
