OK, so Tommy knows that LE records the phone calls. He knows that NG has played them on air before. Yet, he tells Grandma not to say anything to anyone? Really? Does he REALLY believe that no one would ever hear that phone conversation?

Ron wanted nothing to do with the MH after that night. Wouldn't go back to live there even though if his daughter was kidnapped and managed to escape she might try getting back home. I think he knew she died in there.

My thoughts exactly but IMO, Jo wasn't the one that killed her there. Ron didn't go back to the mh for a reason. But if he had no clue as to what happened to his daughter, how would he know that she died there?

I would think more of this if ToC has volunteered the Name of JO instead of just agreeing with Gramma that it was JO and the story MC is saying.

I think Tommy KNOWS that this will come out and he is palying the media, LE, everyone for sympathy. His only downfall is that he is not smart enough to do it right and is totally unbelievable.

OMG _ JO was looking for a gun and that it wasn't there so he went into a rage and killed Haleigh. So...JO had NO gun because he couldn't find the gun. So, I ask this, what did JO threaten ToC with...his finger? It's still not adding up!

And Tommy and Misty chose to cover for him instead of call 911?
Decided to hide the body instead of call 911?
Hung fliers with him hours later instead of telling someone?
And Ron, enraged father, never killed him, threatened him, talked to the police about the rumors, or demanded during his MANY press opportunities where he and Misty were all but accused of killing his daughter said a lunatic killed his child?

And the trailer is clearly not the scene of a violent crime.

Well maybe he thought LE wouldn't release it but since Flo told the media anyway it didn't matter anymore.

I do think though that he made sure to get in about his family being threatened and that is why he kept quiet. He knew it was being recorded and he even managed to bring up a few tears or at least sound tearful.
