well, he reportedly did notice something...a man in black take Haleigh & squeaky shoes.

I know, I watched the show but........if GGH would have just let him talk, he PROBABLY would have said more clearly what happened. If he claims she died in the trailer,...........what trailer?

Doesn't matter whether ToC's and M's stories match up now. ToC's placed himself in the MH, most specifically in the bedroom with a dead H and then at the dock - with a gun to his head.

I beg to differ on the fact that they've had no way to collaborate their stories. From the time that Haleigh came up missing until they were all arrested seems like enough time for me. (Heck, it didn't take them but a few minutes or hours to make up the story of Haleigh being STOLE.) They've had ample time to tweek their stories. They get messages to each other no matter how small through contact with family visits and phone call. Proof of that is the phone call to GMH with Lindsey on a completely different phone. I think that GMH was being used as a go between. She thought the story was Haleigh got a hold of a pill, OD'd and RC had taken care of Haleigh's body. ToC says, BS, then GMH knows the other story is the JO story. So,don't you know that whoever talked to MC next told her what ToC was going to do, blame JO. Heck, just a few weeks ago GMH said that MC told her that she herself had hit Haleigh over the head with a stick or board. (I tend to believe this story being that we found out that the info GMH gave in the first interviews have been proven to be true through the new release of her and ToC's phone call.) OUT of her own mouth...now it's JO? ToC denied that he said anything to GMH and then proof shows that he did. I think that they are still being dishonest. I've no doubt that MC and ToC were involved, but I don't feel that they are the only ones who were.

Oh wow now I get the significance of having Lindsey on a separate phone while Flo was talking to Tommy. I hadn't thought of that before. Thanks.

My impression of Werter sank during this show... not very persuasive, imo.

I think Tommy is trying to get out of jail and save his marriage. I am NOT buying this sudden rash of integrity. Nope.

Werter said LE has offered no plea deals to Tommy in exchange for his statement.

I like Werter. He seems like a very genuine nice man that wants justice for Haleigh.

I don't think that Joe is any more honest then the rest of the family. What I would like to see happen is LE to ask Joe if he would be willing to take a poly. He doesn't have to but if he wants to clear himself he would be willing. If he refused or failed then I would believe he is involved in some way. Misty and Tommy both failed their polys so I think Joe should take one.

GGH, I believe it was said MC told her she could hear her screaming in the other room. I forget who said Joe was in a rage but, you'd think Jr. would remember such things if all that was happening.

Nancy said tonight that even if DNA was found in her home that would be expected since she lived there. I wonder if he flew into a fit of rage and smothered Haleigh. Like a revenge killing because the gun wasnt there and I don't think he came to borrow it. I think he came to steal it.

M and ToC may have been in on JO stealing R's gun. Something went wrong when it wasn't found. Now, JW is laying out that JO came to the MH looking for the gun that they wanted to borrow to poach, to shoot deer at night, etc.
Who was going poaching w/JO that night - ToC before Linds got home?

Guess JO came in the MH (maybe w/ToC) and was just borrowing a gun w/Tommy, and next thing Tommy knew, all he__ broke lose! Oh, and Jr - where was he through this? Slept through this version?

As I said before, I really don't believe any of them. My post was more in regard to this supposed confession that was brought up on NG's show, which I couldn't understand in light of his previous denials regarding being there that night. MOO

Maybe it's just me.....but, Joe doesn't look really menacing. It's not like he lives in the vicinity. Not even the same state!! Under the bus with you, Joe. Truth be told, ToC and Misty are in fear of Ronald. And, what HE might do to ToC's kids. Headless RAT.....remember?

OT here, but I had a neighbor that looked like a little weasel. Only those who knew him well were afraid of him, nobody else believed there was any reason to be. Until the night he went to his ex-wife's house with a gun, took their baby back to his mother's house, went back and shot her then himself. She came out to be shot because she knew full well if she didn't, he would have shot everyone in that trailer. And he would have. I was called on jury duty. I didn't have to sit because he was my neighbor. But I could hear all the prospective jurors talking about how could anybody be afraid of that little small time criminal weasel? We were afraid of h im and protected ourselves from him.

SOmetimes it's those little unsuspecting looking guys that are in fact the most dangerous.

Maybe I'm not remembering this right....but, didn't Misty write a letter to CC implicating JO? Are we to believe that ToC never heard about that letter? The attorney of ToC says the "statements" are pure....or, he wants them to be pure. How many JO versions are out there? Should only be one....for purity sake. I think that attorney is full of beans! :loser:

Sometimes evil and plain downright meanness can come in a very small package. Tommy and Misty are also small in stature.

Joe's stature has nothing to do with how deadly he can be. If he had a gun all he needs in one finger to pull the trigger and the results would be the same as if a 200 lb.+ 6' man had pulled that trigger. If he had a sharp knife the slashes would be just as deadly. Foreboding weapons are equalizers and then some.

Do you remember about where or when it was he said that? I don't need a link or anything but I remember him telling Cobra if he felt 75 percent sure who took his kid he would kill them and go to prison.

He supposedly told Chad and Marcus that he was 75% sure he knew who took Haleigh. He later denied this of course.
