2010.05.14 Some "NEW" Photos on CBS Website

If these pictures are new and if anyone was paid for them then I say shame on whoever paid for them.

I realize that it may not be unusual for little ones to fall asleep, sitting up, from sheer exhaustion, especially after playing really hard and long. I guess it's just that after the speculation in this case, it leads me to wonder if that was the case - sheer exhaustion - or, if sleep was aided. The chair or sofa appear to be white or off-white leather, same as in the A house. Just an observation.

This photo was taken in the A home in the LR.

It is, IMO, likely a reverse image of the original photo. The A sofa is white....and they have end tables with that exact motif ( which can be proven by viewing the other photos in the CBS montage).

So............my question......why has this photo.....with Caylee wearing a red jersey, and holding a stuffed animal, in front of a red pillow / backdrop of sorts (when references to red fibers and other unknown fibers have been made in LE reports) been released?????

An attempt to show Caylee at home with possible fibers????

It isn't that she is sleeping where she is...I mean I have children and they can drop off in the oddest positions....but there is something not right about this at all...can't put my finger on it

My daughter never slept with her mouth open, but I'm sure a lot of kids do.

The bear for sure looks like someone placed it there after she was asleep. You know, I don't think I took any pictures of my daughter sleeping except when she was an infant when that was about all she did.

I agree that picture is strange. I wonder why Cindy included it in the ones to sell.

I took another look at all three of the photos (below) in the slideshow that feature Caylee in that shirt and in one of them (the first one below), she appears to be younger (more baby-faced) and her hair looks shorter to me.

I also think that this shirt may have been hanging on the wall in KC's bedroom in one of the photos taken in her room. I'll search to see if I can find it.
This probably means nothing, but I'm wondering if this is the exact same shirt and if there's any significance to it? Or, did she have several of these same shirts in various sizes as she grew up (which is very likely as she had multiples of many toys, etc.). Just something I noticed.

(Sorry to post the eerie one again, but I wanted to put them together for comparison.)

How heartbreaking it is to look at these photos and know what we know now. What an absolute little angel - that curly hair and those big eyes are just tugging at my heart.

The photo that makes me feel strange is this one (below) I guess I'm just not used to seeing her with her eyes closed and it depressed me to see this one.

Is she sitting up, sleeping? Was this what it was like when she was doped up? I feel sick to my stomach!! God bless you sweet little baby Caylee! The jury wont need five reasons. She didn't even get to have a little casket for her tiny body. Casey throwing her in the woods made that certain. Guilty. Get a rope!

These pics are darling-except for the one with the dog right near infant Caylee's face...Here is my PSA for the night, and as an APBT owner, I am of course very vigilant about this stuff-NEVER put your baby down near ANY breed of dog.
Now I have to go back to lovin me some Caylee....

Someone else mentioned it, but that house was clean!! A baby could eat off those shiny floors. Who can maintain white furniture with a baby? Interesting the care that was given to maintaining order, even down to George detailing cars every two weeks...yet they did not have the address or number or occasion to meet the lady who cares for their precious baby grand daughter? I wouldn't loan my bike to a stranger!

The picture of Caylee with the cut lip concerned me the most. How did she get a cut lip? It looked consistent with being hit in the mouth, JMO.

Just what I was going to say. Pic #20 of the KC pics clearly shows Caylee with a busted lip. Like she was back handed (slapped) across the face.:furious:

What a beautiful little girl was Caylee! Her smile could light up a room. Her wonder could fuel many tommorows. Why did they always seem to have her in sunglasses? Her eyes held so much wonder.

I mention this because Caylee held so much natural beauty, why did so many photographs feel as of they were staged?

Additionally.......why in the he77 would anyone release this particular photo??????????? It looks to have been taken at the A home (based on the appearance of the side table)........but there is, IMO, something very, very, very off with this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't like this photo either. How strange it is that whoever sold it didn't recognize that it was peculiar! Guess that means either the "seller" took the picture and knew it was totally innocent or the "seller" wasn't the photographer and didn't realize the tale it implied. Guess that doesn't conclude much more than that the "seller" was money-hungry but not responsible for making Caylee this zonked out. (This late night attempt at logic is only MOO.) In either case, the "seller" is plain wrong!

The CBS/48 hours website has very recently added this photo gallery. Some photos are ones that we have seen over and over, but there seems to be many that I have never seen before, particularly Caylee's newborn photos.

I surmise that these may be some of the photos that paid for/are paying for KC's defense (even though this is CBS, not ABC).
A somewhat curious thing...I went through all these photos and did not see any of CA?? Instead there is a photo of SP (CA's mother) that to the uninitiated may seem like "the Grandmother". hmmmm. What is up this this, one wonders. Innocent mistake or more calculated? (yes, I guess if I profited from photos that made me feel guilty I might not want to be included in the "gallery" either).

I also had to wonder how SP feels having her photo with Caylee on the internet/CBS. She probably doesn't even know--since she is computer challenged (aside from email).

Side question for the legal types--IF SP didn't want her photo on CBS' website, would she be able to challenge it...(even though it originated from CA).... Does Shirley own her own image?

One word...SAD! How beautiful this sweet little girl, Caylee is! And her own mother doesn't appreciate what she had or what she had at the time. So many people would die to have such a sweet little girl like Caylee and Caylee was thrown away by her own mother like trash. I pray that heaven is treating her right. Shame on her mother and her family! The pictures made me cry
