I don't think actual molestation from a 7 year old, but there could be sexualized acting out due to both of them being molested by someone else. Tommy is about 6-7 years older than Misty and 4-5 older than Joe. He would have been around age 13 at that time. With this family, it definitely wouldn't suprise me. Drugs, poverty, and Misty also said that there is someone in the family who is still molesting children. I think Misty was asked if there are any pedophiles in her family and she told what she knows and also may have been attempting to set up Joe. She probably told from the beginning that a man dressed all in black came in and took Haleigh, and she's not sure who it was. Or, that could be what Jr. told and she's going with it.

When did she say that? I have never hear that.

Do you mean Misty said someone in her family is presently molesting children, and the LE did nothing about it? I haven't seen any Croslins, so far, arrested for molestation. Did she say that when she was a Croslin or a Cummings?

IMO I think Lyndsay knows exactly what she is doing. She made a point of telling ToC her shorts were to short so she had to buy new pants to visit him. She knew the rules. She wanted him to know she was running around in her Daisy Dukes. She complained about the dog he wants her to keep. His dog. A few times she picked a fight hoping he would hang up and go back to his cell and he didn't. That would have been a perfect out for her. She talked about her sunburn/tan. How many people here would be ticked off if you were in jail and your spouse came to visit you looking thin and tanned? ToC seemed to keep his cool. She said she got gas money but didn't say she was going to visit him. I think she is finished with him and might feel a little guilty and understands she should not feel guilty so she is saying things to tick him off hoping he will be mad at her or hate her so she won't feel bad about taking the kids and moving away. And someone please tell me she has family in MA when she says she is leaving, and she is not going to be near TiC and Chelsea.

I agree with you 100%. The way LC was cursing in front of her son was disqusting. LC knows the jail house tapes are released to the public. Like I said, this girl needs to move away, and start a new life with her children.

Like they say, Wherever you go, there you are! Lindsey has some serious issues within herself and unfortunately I foresee another "Tommy" in her future. She needs to get real and get help for her children's sake IMO ~

Linsey's tune on the Croslins, sure has changed. from fun loving to effn' liars. & does Tommy really think he's only gonna get 3 years? Linsey spent the last 6 dollars on a pair of shorts for herself. surely she knew the dress code. & I can't stand that she got her son out of school early, for this visit. & Austin surely can be mad at his dad if he feels like it. & if Linsey was just gonna snap at her son, why did she take him? Tommy says there's nothing he can do about his future, but then how much later did he come up with the Joe story? I think Linsey thinks if Tommy will just give up Misty, he'll get a deal. She seems mad that he's choosing to protect Misty over being with her. I don't think she has entertained the idea, that he's protecting himself. she's really mean to the dog, & complains about the almost 20 dollars a month, he costs. This is ridiculous. She has family that is willing to help. no gas money to get to work? whatever...I don't blame her for being mad, but what took so long, & it seems to be for the wrong reasons. I think she's threatening to get with another man. She uses her son as a way to diffuse their arguing & to change the subject. poor kid. & how does she go from angry cussing to giggles? I cannot figure out their dynamics.

Funny, but in most of her interactions with tommy, I can see his point of view. I realize LC has it rough but she appears to have a heck of a lot of support. He grandpa put her name on the house on Tyler, has now bought her three cars. LP bought her a computer.

She is tempting tommy and making him pay for what he has done...she is subtlely telling him she looks great. I think she is using money as an excuse not to see him. I am sure she is on welfare and gets all the food stamps she can use. She spends money on crazy things too...Tats, come on.. Letting her children have Grand Theft Auto is not a good thing and you have to question her parenting. Taking her child out of school to go for a jail visit..when she was mad at TC makes no sense. Her priorities are messed up.

Doesn't her Grandpa also pay for the place she is staying? I think she has to pay utilities. Lindsy is a big time Co-dependent and it will not take her long to latch on to another man.

I think Lindsay's behavior towards her son was horrible and mentally abusive. He was probably so proud of losing a tooth then getting money from the tooth fairy, yet she snaps that he looks like a Croslin toothless hillbilly. How on earth would that make him feel then and every time he loses another tooth. She's got more problems than Tommy IMO, and hopefully she'll get some training from Juvie on how to handle kids since she'll be a nurse there. Treating a five year old like dirt just because she's irritated is not good, and she knew the world would be seeing it!

I'm sorry, I don't have any links or remember exactly when. I probably read it here somewhere since I hardly read anywhere else back then at all. It was around the time she mentioned being "messed with". I believe she was still a Croslin at the time it came out. Hopefully someone else will remember more or find something.

Lindsy is very angry he couldn't pass that LDT. She told him it would make him or break him and it broke him...she's very angry but I feel because she believed in him and the LDT is proving otherwise..This is where she states, the Croslins are nothing but liars anyway..he gets angry and tells her, you need to stop..(she seems very disgusted with him and the actions she is left visualizing since he can't tell the truth, IMO)

She's angry that she is now left to hold her family together..tells her to chill out...she has no money, she has to take care of me...ToC says, is this how it's gonna be..Linsdy, I don't know what I'm supposed to do, he states the same thing you were gonna do in the beginning..

She doesn't know what his problem is, she doesn't understand him...she says you better straighten your arse up or all you'll have is your mother, your father and your sister...she keeps trying to change the subject he keeps harping on the questions he was asked and how it was BS...lindsy states your future is up to you...how hard it is to pass...? a yes or no question and you couldn't even do that. I think Lindsy has had it with ToC and all the shenanigans surrounding his LDT, I guess she doesn't believe him...I feel badly for her for she is now left picking up the pieces as always..ToC seems self centered, all about me...she tries to change the conversations and always back on the Croslins. I think she's totally fed up with this entire family. I don't either dodie. I think, at this point, Misty had a "thing" for WBG. Remember she had NayNay take her back to his house after she saw his picture, and that was the weekend before HC went missing. WBG called her Monday morning and she said she had to go to the hospital to visit her father. I think if this tragic situation hadn't happened, Misty would have left Ron for WBG.

I know she hasn't been found "guilty" of anything, but just thinking of her working with "troubled" kids is bothering me a bit. Tommy is still PO'd at Lindsay for spending all of the tax money and not taking care of the van. Lindsay is sick of having to explain that she has bills, kids to feed and clothe etc. Why she forgot and wore shorts is a mystery. Having to spend her last $6 on Dollar Store pants is pathetic. Doesn't she qualify for WIC, food stamps, etc.? Poor, little Austin should not be exposed to this drama....but, it's probably mild compared to what he's used to. Her new job is week-ends only. Why daycare? Can't she find someone to babysit?

I feel it was extremely difficult for LinC to get to this level, because she is a terrible enabler. She'll be okay, if she gets into some kind of support group, and for God's sake, don't take it out on the dog.

Lindsy's acceptance of Tommy's bad behavior has bothered me a lot from the beginning. Her giggling and "I love you's" in the previous tapes drove me batty. I found it impossible to believe that she didn't know he had stolen all of those cleaning supplies, DVD's, etc., when they showed up in the house initially. The fact that she voluntarily turned them over to LE did not impress me at all. Having stolen goods in your home seemed way too normal for them as far as I'm concerned. She had continually supported him after the multiple arrests, drugs, and drug dealing and stuff....

That's why this sudden attack on Tommy sent my antenna way up and made me wonder what she has found out that could possibly have angered and hurt her so much.

I do agree that showing up for a jail visit in short shorts, talking about your tan and such was additional punishment for Tommy - I'm just not understanding why.

Tommy says they asked him one question, nothing about Haleigh, waste of time. I kinda sorta maybe think that he showed deception on the very first question, and LE just shut him down, unhooked him, took him back to his cell. I mean, what's the point, if he LIED first question?


ETA: Or was it his lawyer doing this test? I get sooooooooo confused riding the merry go round over and over.

I don't understand how that works. A LDT with one question only? I thought the procedure is that you have to ask several questions in order to have a baseline to compare the significant questions against.
