Did you see CM giggle at that remark? He then said something rather inaudible and HHBP said we'll skip over that. Anyone catch what CM said?

According to Atkins an absolute prohibition this has not been over-ruled or distinguished
whatsoever. DENIED!

Sooooo......KC is insane, but George or Lee are the real bad guys because they tossed her body woods. Defense hopes to show that KC should not get the DP because she was only the killer. (HUH?)

Minor injuries? Doesn't sound like she broke anything...she should have to be there unless there's a gash or broken bones, IMO.
