whaaaa!! They are not turning over exculpitory evidence ...I paid 1000.00 for this....only psychic tips were given....600.00 spent again....law enforcement was laughing at them having them chase tips.

It's not LE's or anyone else's fault that it took you that long to find JJ! And no one is going to point you in that direction - you have to figure it out yourself! Geez!

I about fell off my chair when CM explained that they believe the body was placed in the swamp while KC was in custody.....and then he actually said this...(not verbatim)."not that KC couldn't have killed Caylee".....just that the body was moved to the location while she was in custody.....WTH? Her own atty uttering those words?????

Joe Jordan admitted he was in the wrong area, which is when he made that comment...going back in his head, seaching that area, he was NOT in the same area..JJ is not an expert and should not be able to say that in that regard...JMHO

The tips from Roy K to LE were not turned over to the defense until much later, the defense feels this falls under Brady

On Dec 13 an email was sent to YM by JJ, who was part of the TE search of the area and JJ gave his opinion that Caylee's body was placed at the site after the search

LDB says that does not fall under "tips".

JB says he believes the numbers in the top right corner of the document is a routing number for "tips".

JB paid $1000 (I'm not sure if that's what he said, that number could be wrong) for the tips documents, but someone at the sheriff's office htought it was very funny to only turn over the psychic tips and not any of the other tips.

They paid an additional amount but only received a few more peculiar/nutty tips, meanwhile they were never given the RK tips

After finding out about JJ's statements, the defense believe there could be more tips within the 5,000 pages of tips, or 5,000 tips, which may be important and which need to be disclosed to the defense. All the tips should finally be turned over to the defense
