That makes me think more that Kaine took his daughter to keep her out of harm's way. If you thought your wife had harmed your son you would not give her the chance to harm your daughter.

If it turns out TH is responsible I really feel for Kaine. How awful would it feel to have brought a woman into his life who could have done that, even if she had been a seemingly good mother for a long time.

I think it is strange that it says "No comment on the matter" What matter, Kaine moving out, the investigation in general, something that is yet to happen....?

I find it interesting that Terrie is claiming her husband and daughter didn't move out when her own father, who is living in the same household, confirmed the couple's 18-month-old daughter is staying somewhere else.

I know, but the confession could also be tossed by a judge if deemed to be taken under duress...it has happened before. I just hope if LE is putting all their eggs in this one basket, they have some other evidence to back up any possible confession.

It depends. If it's just "Okay, I did it," then perhaps. But if it's, "Okay, I did it, I'll show you where the body is," not so much. The confession would ideally lead to more evidence.

It is very clear to me that Desiree, Tony and Kaine do NOT want to discuss the matter of Kaine moving out of his home and taking the 18 month old with him.

Why else would this statement suddenly come now and NOT include Terrie's name?

It appears Terrie was lying when she claimed nobody moved out and that everything is fine or her name would be on that statement!

Can we read into this and conclude it means: "Any action taken by us, such as Kaine taking his 18-month-old daughter and moving away from Terrie, is based on the best interest of Kiara and complies with the law."?

The police didn't take away her child, assuming the child has been taken away. Besides, police use all kinds of tactics to get confessions. Often times they are successful. So long as it's not illegal, why wouldn't they use it?

Yes, and it could be la coup de grace in the perfect storm disappearance of Kyron. I hope LE is using a strategy. Ya Ya

This is NOT good!!! I have really fought myself to keep my mind open that TH may not have been involved. I don't know what to think. It really does not seem like Kaine isn't supporting his wife at all ... at least that is the impression I am left w/. Now this. i am back just to say i dont know what the situation is here. all i know is it seems everyone is throwing there eggs in one basket. i really wish we had more info out there then what we have.

and when it seems all the focus is on step mom, are we missing something important that could lead to you know, kyron actually being found? cause if they have repeatedly searched where her cell phone pinged, they arent searching well enough

i dont know what it is that leads me to believe she didnt do it. just my gut. my gut turns out to be right more often then not though

I am so not wanting her to turn out to be guilty, though I cannot think of a scenario that I prefer either, if he is dead, which I believe he is. I want to think, at the least, that it was an accident and a cover-up in a panic. In fact, I do think that, if indeed it turns out Terri harmed/killed Kyron, until proven otherwise. I never brought myself to the point of seeing premeditation here.

But either we are witnessing fine 21-century LE, making a point of keeping the media out of their business as they work, or an investigation focused on one person only, possibly to the point of allowing a guilty party to go free.
