While JB is so well practiced at "implying wrongdoing", "suggesting collusion", "accusing of opposing counsel of impure motives", and "claiming this client is special"..........

The State Attorney's office is equally well practiced at "giving concrete examples that illustrate the defenses wide and continual use of legally flawed motions, demonstrating the hipocrisy between defense statements and defense actions, and proving that ICA is no more special than any other accused murderer".

I wonder why JB was objecting to the expert witnesses being videotaped? Why doesn't he want us to see who they are? He had to list them, what is the problem with knowing what they look like. At least that is the impression I got when he stood up and requested that the witnesses not be video taped.

George should go to Casey's next hearing but he needs to sit on Caylees side of the courtroom. That is when eye contact made with his daughter would matter most.

If George were to ever be so bold *fingers crossed but I am not holding my breath just yet*, I hope his son would back him and Caylee up.

Just ran through the threads, thanks to all that gave Courtroom action. If I got this right, Judge said you will see your evidence with the proper legal handling and persons present, video taped, redact what is needed, authority on hand for tiffs. Told JB it is Friday, a holiday weekend (not those words) to stfu and do things properly, expediently.

What happened with JB whining about time to get things done? (JB has no criminal Courtroom background whatsoever!)

Did I miss anything?

I will tell you what hit me like a ton of bricks today.....is that JB is STILL chasing theoretical defenses for his client. The comment he made when he was whining about the 5,000 documents being released and him not being able to follow up on how these "people" could come into play in this case........WHAT???? They are kookoos JB. Seriously. You need to get past the "my client is innocent" stage and get on to the real meat of the matter....providing an adequate defense. Because like it or not, this case will be on track to go to trial next year. Judge Perry will not let it be side tracked, and the train is leaving the station with or without you.

Did you hear JB's response to LDB? He whiningly said, well the OCSO doesn't seem to reject Dr. Lee when they have him come to Orlando to train their people. Geesh! Jose is like a little kid who HAS to get the last word in!

possibly extra sheriffs on duty,since
the Phil Spector allegation was made
in open court.

I'm telling ya, it is because they want to re-enact the placing the duct tape over the mouth and nose scenario. What else could it be?

I think the Judge was reminding JB the Judge has a job, not just KC's case, and is very unhappy with the whole shenanigan today was. Seemingly underhanded actually. I bet CM stayed away cause he wanted no part of this shameful display. Good grief JB has no career ahead. Sites the Phil Spector case, wth? Last thing you need when one of your experts botched that one big time!

I believe Cindy holds JB responsible for George's WHY? WHY? WHY? letter getting out to the public.
I bet Cindy thinks that if JB had let them visit the Inmate all that could have been avoided.
She probably thinks that they would not have mailed those DESPERATE letters to the inmate if JB had let them correspond all along without going through him.

I just had a "DUH" moment....JB is so pizzed about those letters showing that he/KC are refusing the Anthonys, not just the mere fact that the "media" will broadcast everything. That just can't fly anymore....and he has to come up with a new spin so it won't sound like his innocent client is throwing her parents under the bus.

If he thinks the State did something wrong, broke any rules, then file a Motion asking for Sanctions (not whine about it in court).
If he thinks the jail did something wrong, then file a lawsuit against them in Federal court (not whine about it in court and take up the Judge's time)

Because of all the media attention, the release of ICA's letters, and the notoriety of this case, JB implied today that the communication between the defense and ICA have been severely jeopardized. She can't even see her family/friends because of the video taping which is ultimately released to the media for everyone to see.

I truly wish HHJP would set that record straight once and for all. There is no reason, other than ICA and JB, for no visitors coming to see ICA. JB doesn't WANT to go spend time with her, which is evident in her visitor's jail log. He can go anytime he wants, morning, noon and/or night. It never stopped him before.. what's changed??

Just another one of JB's tactics.. trying to garnish some sympathy. When is JB going to realize it's not working.. no one believes that bull.

I've been wondering.... are most defense attorneys anything like JB, or is he just one in a trillion??

I can only say I would think that nothing honorable could come from not video taping. Coercion, lip reading as someone said, embellishment, I could go on forever. In a case with this much publicity and blunders, there is no way the Judge can allow that. I think the Judge said it very tactfully "no trust" regardless the people he said, he meant it. Must be taped. No games in this Courtroom. Hehehe. Love it when the Judge is on to the baloney.

And welcome to litigation. This is how this stuff goes. The other side isn't going to tag, organize, and highlight the important parts of the evidence. It's your job to go through everything in painstaking detail to find what you need. Don't get me wrong it sucks. But it's part of the job.
